10/30/2022. I purchased a 4 piece meal. Employees messed up my order (which of course I don't realize until I get home). Went for the first time to try KFC, went inside for a quick pick up but doors were locked. Went through drive thru to get it and... received wrong drink. Then they dumped it out gave me the same cup with my right drink. After this they gave us the entirelywrong order. When they gave us the ?right order? and apologized we looked and saw they gave us another wrong order. Tried to get their new Mac and cheese bowls and was told they had to be in a combo! Didn't want that but had no choice! Got home... and called and spoke to a manager who had no clue why I was told that! It was a nightmare! Please train your employees better! Read more
Went in on my lunch break with a co-worker & we were greeted by very friendly employees of KFC. After we left I realized I... wanted condiments to go with my meal (honey & catch-up). As I was going back in & the worker whom served me was leaving for theday or break because he had his back pack ect. He asked very friendly if he could help me & what did I need. I let him know Iforgot the condiments. He wanted to go back in the restaurant & hey them for me even though he was off duty. I let him knowthat I could manage & to enjoy the rest of his day since he was leaving. That was great service above & beyond! Read more

Ordered side lovers 8 piece extra crispy, got 3 extra crispy 5 other kind. Extra crispy was way over cooked Mashed potatoes were... horrible, the biscuits one looks like it was half eaten.
