10/30/2022. I purchased a 4 piece meal. Employees messed up my order (which of course I don't realize until I get home). Went for the first time to try KFC, went inside for a quick pick up but doors were locked. Went through drive thru to get it and... received wrong drink. Then they dumped it out gave me the same cup with my right drink. After this they gave us the entirelywrong order. Tried to get their new Mac and cheese bowls and was told they had to be in a combo! Didn't want that but had no choice! Got home... and called and spoke to a manager who had no clue why I was told that! It was a nightmare! Please train your employees better! Read more
