I was just there literally ten minutes ago, before I ordered the woman who just picked up her drinks told me ?good luck? as she... walked out. Lol. I think they are super slow because they have a lot of pickup orders, which is totally fine (I know thatbothers people but as someone who?s worked customer service I don?t really care). My smoothie took a hot minute and tastes great(the guy who looked like the manager made it), but when another girl (who was assembling a smoothie bowl) went and got a plasticbowl I watched her grip it over the edge into the inside with her bare hands, unwashed, AirPods in. For Jamba to be almost $8 for a large. They should have better customer service and cleanliness. I walked in and the girl didn't... say anything. She came over and I told her I wanted an Acai smoothie. She took my cash and was about to start my smoothie, but Ihad to ask her to wash her hands and put on gloves. Wow. Just wow. I haven't had an experience this bad in a while! It has been some time since I've been to jamba and i was excited... to return. However this location offered an experience so bad I'd discourage anyone from going. Walked in and there were severalpeople waiting. That's fine it's to be expected. After several minutes of no acknowledgment a young man (Dasan was the name onthe receipt) walked up and mumbled something, I honestly couldn't understand, however I did understand the word "order." Iresponded with "yes we need to order" and he walked away. A young lady then walked around us and he walked up to take her orderat which time I repeated with "we were here 1st and we do still need to order." He snapped back and said "no you said you werewaiting for an order." I said "no I'm sorry for the confusion I said we need to order." He then said "fine then order" butwalked away again. I stood there literally mouth open baffled and confused. I thought maybe something had changed because Ihadn't been to jamba for a long time so I asked the other patron standing there "do I need to order online? Or will he take myorder?" They let me know he'll take my order. I continued to stand there and he walked up and said "are you going to order?" Isaid "I was going to but you just walked away." He said "fine order!" I respond with "I will but are you going to be polite?" Hesaid then very forcefully "can I take your order?" I was literally shocked. I proceeded to place my order, with a mildmodification which was to sub frozen strawberries for bananas and waited for my drink. When my order came up I could immediatelytell it was wrong simply based on the color. The gentleman who made the drink (different from the person who took my order)apologized and said he made the drink as it showed on the screen which just said no banana but didn't say sub strawberry. This visit was a good one. Restaurant is clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They discussed the online ordering and app... that can be used to place an order; also the 10% discount you can get on drinks if you have one of their cups. When you firstpurchase the cup, you also get a free smoothie!! The smoothies I ordered were amazing as well (PB and banana and a bluelemonade)!! *edit at end* If I could have put zero stars I would have. Me and my husband went to this location to try jamba juice for the... first time, pretty excited. We ordered 2 beverages, a sandwich, oatmeal, and a Belgium waffle. Well apparently our order was toolarge as the employee seemed more irritated and short than she already was when we walked in. We swiped our first card and shesaid it was declined, despite us knowing there was money on it. We said no problem and handed her a 50 dollar bill, which shesaid she couldn't take because she didn't have the change, even though our order was $25 and the man in front of us paid with a20 for 3 beverages and was only handed a few dollars and some change back. We again said no problem and tried another card,which she claimed would not go through. The machine never lit up for me to put my card in like it did for the first card whichshe said declined. We then offered to try Google pay, she touched nothing on the screen, told me to try it, and told me itdidn't work. Thats when I asked for a managers contact information. She told us she was the manager and there was nothing shecould do. This happened 11/13 around 11:30am if the real manager is reading this. I have contacted corporate and will update myreview if this issue is resolved in a proper manner. Hands down worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. Terribleemployee with the nastiest attitude as we walked in the door. She also took and made an order in the middle of "trying" to cashus out and gave the other customer just as much attitude. Also cashed out the other customer with a card on the other terminalshe never had us try for the card that "wouldn't go through".
