I ordered a burger (which is 2patties). If you order a "little burger" it's 1 patty. I also added a delicious, flavorful and... creamy strawberry milkshake which was absolutely the best way to excite my palette! I love their milkshakes! But.... I think theonly store that sales the milkshake is the one on Central Ave. I had went to another five guys in Perrysburg and they informedme that they did not sell milkshakes there so just a side note. My burger was accompanied by lettuce, tomato, grilled and rawonions, ketchup, mustard and relish. OMG! Soooo good! Go and create your BURGER! Read more
Two stars for their fries and peanuts only nothing more. Their sandwiches did not taste as usual and I ordered mine with no... mushrooms. Unfortunately, they did not followed the instructions that l gave. Also, I submitted complaint through their websiteand Alyssia the general manager reached me regarding this issue. 45 mins, no food. I'm here on Thursday night near closing -- it should be quiet but it is pandemonium. There are 8 staff working... furiously but food just isn't coming out. There were 12 people waiting when I came in. I have been waiting for 45 minutes. Thewhole time I have been waiting there have been partial orders sitting around half-made on the counter, but not much action. I amnot sure what is going on but I think they are having a big staff problem at this location? Lots of bustling and shouting butfood just isn't coming out of the kitchen! Another amazing five guys experience. Yes, they are expensive but you always know what you are going to get and this location... doesn’t do it any differently. My burger and fries were fantastic, I always get the lettuce wrap and I highly recommend ithere because they always wrap it the best of anyone. The bathrooms were clean. Read more
It took a minute before my order was taken, which is why I didn't leave a tip. She was taking a phone order at the register, but... another young lady took my order and was pleasant. The fries were good, customer service needs a little work. But the fries Iwould come back for. Read more
Horrible, horrible. I hate long lines. If I tell you it's horrible, it might make the line shorter when I go there! Just... kidding. This place is great for a hamburger or hotdog just about any way you want it. Their fries are addictive. They makegreat milkshakes, too. I just wish they came in a larger size. Read more
Great food and service. Travel here to get milkshakes because the one closest to my home doesn't serve them. This location seems... busier but they still manage to keep it clean and the lines moving. Read more
