Cold Stone Creamery is always the bomb. They were not busy when we walked in and only had to wait a couple minutes to be... assistant with our ice cream orders. They were very kind and very helpful by allowing us to choose several different ice creamflavors for our Creations. I got to have it! And they allowed me to use my rewards number during my purchase and I was able toget $5 off of my charge today which made it all the better. I had a Grubhub order to pick up today and when I walked in the cashier (Sierra) was helping another customer, so I waited... patiently until she was done. As I stood there, Sierra never said hello or I'll be with you in a minute. NOTHING! Once shecompleted the order I expected her to acknowledge me, but she continued to ignore as if I wasn't even standing in front of her.Finally, a gentleman from the back ask if he could help. I'm extremely disappointed and hope that Sierra receives additionaltraining because she does not represent the company in a professional way. Read more

Have no been here for a while but had a craving. We tried the Halloween special with boo batter ice-cream. The love it size is... misleading.
