After waiting at 2 local Starbucks for over 15 minutes each, I found this Bigby location. Although when I first walked in it was... very busy, THE STAFF DID AN EXCELLENT job taking care of all the customers in a timely manner. Although it was a stressfulsituation the staff were all kind and courteous. Perfect service. Read more
Typical Biggby, with absolutely awesome people working there. Space is limited if you want a seat, so I'm sure when really busy... it probably feels cramped. But other than that, I can't say anything negative about it. Read more
Arrived and ordered at 10:50am, didn't get our drinks until 11:30... SLOWEST MOVING STAFF I HAVE EVER ENDURED. Everyone was... upset by the wait, and many people just walked out. Once our drinks were FINALLY made (after everyone who came in AFTER US) theyforgot our bagel sandwich. We ended up leaving without it and telling them never mind, keep the money, because of the absolutelyridiculous service. I?m sick of this bigby.. I honestly probably will never go and spend another $ there. The employee who is always there SUCKS.... Always makes excuses of why they can?t make a certain drink. I?ve been in there 3 times in 3 weeks and it?s always the samething. Then always the same excuse ?oh well we don?t have this so I can?t make that?
