When I walked up to the counter to order, I was barely greeted. My pretzel bites were already sitting in a cup under the heat... and I got cold cheese. The pretzels have been sitting there for I don't know how long and we're cool and kind of burnt. This isa disappointment. I usually love love love their pretzel bites. Pretzel dogs are really good. The drinks are good just a bit to sweet. But the service is way to slow.
