Received a prime rib cheese steak instead of French dip through drive thru. My fault for not double checking order before... leaving. I would not recommend the prime rib, it was not that good. I'll stick to the French dip or roast beef. Those sandwichesare awesome. Thank you Read more

This Arby's has gone downhill. Past 3 trips have not been good. Last night ordered classic beef n cheddar, small jamocha shake,... small mozzarella stix and small jalapeño poppers. Recieved regular roast beef (no cheese), fries (instead of jalapeño poppers)and mozzarella stix that were filled with a yellow creamy substance (don't know what it was.)
