Never Got Sat Or Stayed !! We had a party of 13 Staff & Manager said they would sit us all but at different sides of the... restaurant ???????? So we left .. Never had I heard this from a well known restaurant manager ! They obviously did notwant me ir my 12 friends ???? I Relize alot has changed since Covid , no one wants to work or have the staff thesedays But to tell me they would sit us at two different sides if this Apple bee's ???? was ridiculous ???? I went here for my birthday on 10/19, just because everywhere else was closing early. The food was disgusting, ribs were dry.... They served me flat beer, then tried charging for the appetizer and meals separately instead of the 2 for $30 they have goingon. So that was corrected. The manger never apologized or recognized our concern, just took the receipt and went back to correctit. Poor customer service skills. The waitress never came and asked if we needed a refill or anything. Only had one glass ofwater the whole time I was there. Then they told us we cant put our baby in a high chair lol what a joke, Never ever will I comeback to this place again. Also asked if they still give the chocolate lava cake with ice cream for a birthday desert for free.They said no, and I?m attaching what they gave me for a birthday desert. Visited for the Endless Boneless Chicken a few weeks ago. The wait time was terrible even though they didn't seem packed. Beyond... that, we ordered the Endless Boneless Chicken and they brought 10 Boneless wings to begin. We immediately placed the next orderfor more. The waitress can only bring 5 Boneless wings at a time after the first 10. And the wait time in between makes you morefrustrated than anything. We decided to cut our visit short. Read more
Waitress was awesome,the food not so much, lazy,thrown on inconsistent. Fries were hard and cold,while the plate next to mine... more fresh. I left a pic of the fries I got I ate literally one one of them(pic will show you why I partially was displeasedabout fries). My chicken was room temp and rubbery. Wings with meal were barely sauced. Did we get Steak or leather? Wasn'tsure. On the plus side the Sampler and mash potatoes were the only thing that was to expectations. So I still tipped because itwasn't anything the waitress did wrong but paying the bill between $100-200 was hard to do with how bad the entrees were. Nomanager in sight. Firstly I haven?t been to Applebees in years I don?t know why I stopped and when I did go it was the one out Maumee but anywho... sat at the bar with my sisters and the bartender was phenomenal. I was being one of those picky pregnant women and she kept herpatience and composure with me and remained with a smile on her face. I changed my order twice so her tip was well deserved. Iordered the blackened salmon w green beans and macaroni. I usually be basic and get a burger and fry but been craving seafood. Ialso got shrimp Alfredo w a side of the new powdered doughnuts as dessert. The salmon was good just needed seasoning and I neverhad blackened salmon. The green beans taste rubbery so I didn?t eat them. The macaroni was different because of the color and Inever had macaroni with penne noodles. It needed seasoning as well but was still decent. The Alfredo noodles were a little overcooked/too soft and the sauce was majorly creamy and cheesy and it could?ve had a little more shrimp but I tore up the garlicbread had to order some to go????. I also had a virgin strawberry daiquiri with cool whip which was sour and bitter. It neededsome type of sweetener but once I mixed the cool whip it taste a little better though it was creamy. The doughnuts were toooooosweet for me though I still took them home to coat with some ice cream to get rid of some of the sweetness. Overall it wasn?treally a bad experience at this Applebees. The waitress/bartender name is ?bre R? you guys should check her out And I think shewas new and just started so she most definitely made me give it a 3 star instead of a 2. Would recommend and I definitely wouldhave to try something else on their menu I also feel like they should update their menu for those who are pregnant and wouldlike a non alcohol drink besides that daiquiri. Great service, friendly waitress. LOVE the Four cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders! Not real spicy, but,... enough heat to make it enjoyable. My "go to" when I visit Applebee's. Had some Blue Bahama Mama drink.....De-lish! Read more
I stopped in with the kids for lunch and there were a few other customers inside, so there wasn't a wait. The food was hot,... fresh and tasty and our server was courteous. The biggest disappointment that I had was the portion sizes for the kids meal. Iknow that there's never going to be enough, so we always order an extra order of french fries, but there were about 10 frenchfries on each of the kids plates and it was quite disappointing. The appetizers were fresh and delicious as usual, and the soupwas on the money. The kids did wait a number of minutes longer than they should have waiting for refills on their drinks, andeven when the waitress kept coming out into the restaurant, they had to raise their arms and ask her to come over the table sothey could order them. All in all we weren't disappointed, the food was right where it normally is and the pricing hasn'tchanged any in the last year or so, so no surprises there. They still have partitions between the tables and booths, and thatis good for the people who are still a little bit concerned about being exposed to others. They do not require you to wear amask to walk into the restaurant anymore, and the servers as well as the host wasn't wearing a mask either. It definitely wasnot an issue or concern to us, I only mention it for others who might be visiting. We were in and out in less than an hour forthe five of us and to me that's right where we should have been. There was a wait for our table and our food even though the place was empty. The food tasted good and the waitress did a good... job with what she had. I just don't understand why they can't get enough help. Read more
