Terrible service. Their drive through must be good, because their indoor customers don?t even get seen. I?ve tried them several... times to give them another chance, but not once did I have a good experience there. It?s a good thing there is a gas stationattached, at least get coffee in that building somehow. Read more

This store is always so unorganized! Staff didn?t know how to enter a can of coffee I wanted to buy , ordered a coffee and bagel... . Waited over 10 minutes for the bagel and had to remind them twice that I was waiting for it . By the time I got it my coffeewas like warm . Must have been at least 8 people working and they couldn?t get the orders straight . Someone should get thesepeople organized ! Read more

I went in there yesterday at 9 o?clock, I ordered a couple things then I proceed to order 2 sausage patty?s with cheese but... before I could even finish the girl cut me off and immediately stated they don?t serve breakfast items at that time. Well Ididn?t clue in cause I was flustered so I asked my husband as he worked and managed a Tim hortons also used to work at this one.It was a lie she just didn?t want to cook me some ? poor customer service! I have had good experiences with this Tim Hortons. Orders are completed quickly and are correct. Never a long wait in the drive... through. There is one young man who works here in the late mornings who is a literal ray of sunshine, he is so friendly andupbeat and also has a good fashion sense. He deserves a raise and a promotion. This Tim Hortons needs a manger change and some staff changed, there has been certain staff and one manger that is always rude... and gets my orders wrong. There is a few staff that do have very good customer service and they are the reason I still go back. Read more

The grill wasn?t working, and they were out of a few menu items, at 12 pm. I don?t blame the guy working, he seemed like he was... trying his best, but it seemed as though the management wasn?t the best. Over all, disappointed by our visit. Read more

Though fairly new the speaker in the drive through isn't very good. Since the new owners took over (if that's what happened)... there has been a mass improvement. They are fast efficient, accurate and friendly. Not only do they actually have the itemsthat are listed, they still have them in the evening. Unlike the previous management only having 2 donuts left. The staff arewell trained and instead of making an error they clarify and repeat back your order! Great job. Disgusting however, that policystates all left overs are to be thrown away! At least give them to local food bank or let people buy them at a good discountminutes from closing or something. I get the legalities of it, but come on. I think we should petition this rule. Make who evergets them sign a waiver not to sue if old or something. Not the garbage! Read more
