I don?t like leaving bad reviews since I know what it?s like to work in places like this. Let me start off by saying they messed... my order up BAD. Got all the wrong food! When you look at the reviews it?s funny how the cheapest customers are so high maintenance. The staff are lovely, kind and have... fun where they work. They took care of my large order quickly and were so pleasant, packing it neatly and assisting me as muchas possible. I swear they have such good service I joked about wanting to work here myself. I come through around 5:10. Says they open at 5am but I find myself waiting 15 plus minutes at the drive thru with no response... with 3 cars behind me. Plus once you do all that waiting around for someone to take your order, they get the order wrong halfthe time. They need to hire some morning people. Read more
If they ever get there orders right they might be worth stopping by but what do want from a place full of kids that don't care
One of the worst ones I have been in. I asked for an iced caramel latte...got no caramel. The staff was standing around watching... the one machine being fixed and talking about their weekend plans with everything in the back looking like a dirty mess bywhere the food is cooked. I received 3 glazed and 3 vanilla donuts. On Uber eats. Unacceptable! I ordered 3 strawberry, 2 glazed and 1 vanilla. They... didn?t call or say they didn?t have it and i can?t eat this . I've given this place numerous chances to get their stuff together. Every single time I go there they either screw my order up... or I am waiting in the Drive-Thru for at least 20 minutes when I'm the only person in line when they are not that busy. Theseare a bunch of the laziest people that I've ever seen in my life they don't get any work done all they do is stand around andtalk. I actually had to leave because I looked in the window and saw a girl standing there playing with my croissant as she BSedwith another employee. I'm going to speak to their manager because obviously they do not know how to use the internet and lookat their reviews because most of them are all exactly what I am describing. I do not recommend this place to anyone that doesnot want to wait forever for fast food and to have their food manhandled. If I can give it a negative star review I would. Read more
