Like all good restaurants, Valentino?s carries a legacy?in its particular case, one that stretches back some 100+ years to... nostalgic, family-secret recipes emigrated from Italy itself. Maybe that?s why Valentino?s is my instant go-to for pizza in mylocal area. It feels personal. It?s not part of some chain dealing out processed dough in pre-measured portions. It?shand-tossed, home-cooked, and original. Upholding New York tradition, Valentino?s keeps their crust thin and powdered?soft inthe middle, crispy and browned near the edges. It avoids the usual ?thin crust? crunch, but also isn?t doughy. Biting into aslice of Valentino?s pizza, I know what to expect?lots of cheese, a crispy crust, and just the right amount of grease. Theflavor is a fine-tuned balancing act between dough and toppings, resulting in a perfected texture and taste. Because there?s nowaste of excess dough, Valentino?s pizza leaves you feeling like you?ve devoured a legitimate pizza, and not a pan of breadflavored with melted cheese and meat sauce. At its best, Valentino?s offers a wholesome, filling pizza?one with that?secret-recipe? taste you can?t get from chain restaurants. Eat it in-restaurant, and it?s guaranteed to be steaming and warm, with cheese melting and stringy (and guaranteed to burn your tongue, too, if you?re overly ambitious?I usually start off bycutting the first slice into bite-sized portions with my fork while waiting on it to cool). As it?s a family-owned-and-operatedrestaurant, Valentino?s is more than happy to accommodate your preferences. A 50-50 pizza is no issue for them (Half peperoniand half veggie? You got it!), nor is a flatter, crispier crust (Sicilian is an option, though it?s pricier than the averagesaucer). Wait time can seem lengthy, but only if you?re eating on-site. Pizzas are generally made fresh-to-order, meaning thatwait is worth your while. A big-screen TV provides more than enough entertainment while you wait. Atmospherically, Valentino?sr Read more

Spent $32 on 14 regular wings and this cheap portion of fries. I had to make them give me blue cheese. They told me it doesn't... come with it. There conversations are friendly and on going with whites. But not even a hello to Hispanics. Maybe it was me. Read more

New to Titusville, checked out the Google reviews and found Valentino's for Italian. We had 2 glasses of Chianti, chicken parm... and a small stromboli, which was huge! All was delicious and staff was friendly. There was a sign regarding price increases andmenu prices had been marked over. Although dinner included one trip to the salad bar or soup, there was no salad bar and waspresented a mound of shredded lettuce, one thin slice of tomato and 3 thin cucumber slices. Our wait person didn't know what"New York style" pizza was and wasn't inclined to ask so we Googled along with the difference between calzone & stromboli. We'llbe back! Read more

Pizza taste horrible. Soggie, the shape of the pizza you can see, big chunk of it is crust. I highly don't recommend never come... back. I did order a large pizza that approximately cost 12$. When I came to pay they asked over 20$ I was like why is that theysaid for the vg on top of two slices of pizza over 7$. I was like as a customer point of you doesn't make any sense to changefor two slices vegetables above more than 7$ I could get a whole pizza with vg with less than that. The employee was surprisebut the owner she was confident saying we have been doing that for 40 years and that how we charge. I disagree and it's not trueshe can say whatever she wants Read more

Valentino's Pizza Restaurant- Titusville, FL- 3.5 Stars ?Italian food is all about ingredients and it's not fussy and it's not... fancy.? ? Wolfgang Puck. I knew my luck wouldn't hold out forever and after some tasty Southern Breakfast reviews andscrumptious burgers, the" found on every street corner" Italian place came up on my random name generator. This one was calledValentino's Pizza and was located way up north in Titusville, FL. There are a million of these types of restaurants all over thecountry, as such, I wasn't expecting to be floored by the fare, just satisfied. While the exterior storefront is nothing towrite home about, the inside was spotless, well lit, with ample spacing and a family atmosphere. My waitress for the meal wasCheyenne and she was bubbly and on ridiculous speed as she moved in an unabashed tornado of competent, professional work ethic. She was able to answer all my questions on the menu and proceeded to take my order for one Valentino's Special Pizza (small) andmy barometer for American-Italian grub houses one order of Veal Marsala bedded on Angel hair pasta with a side of Minestronesoup. Returning with my foodstuffs, Cheyenne checked if I needed anything else, then dashed off to attend to other customersand duties. Turning my attention to the spread before me, I grabbed a piece of their pie and commenced. Looking at the photosyou can see that everything looked tasty enough, but the true test lay on the palate. The pizza was served on a thin and crispycrust (which I personally don't like), but it was executed flawlessly and was a prime example of how this type of crust shouldbe done. The ingredients tasted exceptionally fresh, which surprised me as I was expecting frozen, pre-cut toppings. Themushrooms were large and flavorful melding with the onions and green peppers magnificently with the sausage and slight kick ofthe pepperoni. My taste buds were happy. Cheyenne promised me the Veal scallopini for the Veal Marsala was Read more

My husband loves pizza so we had to try this place that was recommended by his coworker. I got the Eggplant Parmigiana Sub. Some... people might complain that it?s bland, but I liked it. The chips that paired with it were salty so I ate some with each bite. The next morning I stuffed the chips in the sub and it was amazing! My hubby got a medium meat pie. It was yummy. My daughtergot Baked Ziti. I tasted the crusted cheese on the edge and it was good. We shared Fried pickles. The sauce it came with wasreally good. We were stuffed but we still ordered dessert. The tiramisu was Heaven. They ran out of Brownie-crusted Reese?sCheesecake so we replaced it with a cannoli. I?m not a huge cannoli fan, but it wasn?t bad. There are so many options to choosefrom we will probably go back for more. Read more
