My brother and I were visiting in your area Tuesday and your restaurant was recommended to us. We had the cat fish plates with... all the trimmings. Certainly good! Your homemade tartar sauce with all the onions tastes like Dad made...so delicious. Whenwe're in area again we'll be back. God bless you folks and your business. Read more
The catfish was fried to perfection, but don't ignore the sides, either! Easily the best onion rings (think tempura battering)... I've had, and the white beans had me wanting more. Been going to Boyette's since the 1970s. It's a classic, time stands still, and the food is the perfect representation of an... old school catfish restaurant. The Reelfoot area today has really improved compared to the 80s and 90s when it was not in thebest of shape. Boyette's has been the rock and a constant for the area, always worth a visit. Read more
