Cold food with little care taken during preparation. This is the worst McDonalds around. Never fresh, always made in advance... and sitting around for an hour. I got a premium chicken sandwich once and the chicken fillet was about 2 inches in diameter.What a joke. Read more
Small town slower McDonald's so everything tends to be fresh and well prepared.
Open your complete order including Happy Meals to make your order is complete. I was missing a large order of fries and sauce... for nuggets. When I called out to let them know I was told they were in there. Not sure where they went between the restaurantand the car but they weren?t in there when I got the order home. I was basically called a liar and was told just come and getanother order. Not making another trip out to pickup fries while the rest of my food gets cold. More upset with the treatmentthan not getting the fries that would most likely be cold anyway. Read more
Service was very slow and needs better staff. Burger King has faster service with only 3 to 4 employees working.
They rarely, if ever get an order right. They act like they hate the customers & take forever; even if you are the only car... there and ordered ahead on the app. When you?ve had to take your order back on the 5th trip in a row they are still rude toyou. You won't find a better looking McDonald's on the inside. I would prefer to give 5 Stat just for the clean and quality dining... room but staff was very vocal about workplace drama and struggled to get my simple order correct while mainly focused on badtalking other coworkers when I was visiting... Food was as expected and best looking McDonald's I've visited????. Don't let thisreview discourage you from visiting, I'm sure that's not always the experience. Read more
Members of the staff were having a very drawn out argument in the kitchen and food orders were being put on a very long delay... because of that. Some staff sounded like they were about to cry. When we did finally get our order taken, the first staffmember just outright told us they had no food to offer us and walked away. A different staff member came up a couple minuteslater, apologized, and then took our order. He was friendly and was the highlight of our visit. After several minutes ofwaiting, we asked about our order and they had totally forgotten about it. After several more minutes of waiting, our order wasincorrect. While we were waiting we saw many customers get served both inside and in the drive through, and almost all of theirorders were incorrect as well. Many items on the menu were not stocked or offered. This one is more forgivable, but it diddetract from the experience when half the menu is unavailable and only a few of the unavailable items are marked as such. Thefood we did eventually receive was decent -- the fries were cold and unsalted but the sandwiches were hot! The toppings wereincorrect for two out of the three sandwiches though. I can't rate this establishment very highly between the mediocre food,mostly uncourteous staff, slow service speed, and overall ordeal just to get a quick bite to eat. Read more
The food that I order is only right maybe 1 time out of 5. The service is slow and the workers are very rude. The inside lobby... is filthy. If my Mom didn't want the food there daily I would definitely not go through all of the issues to get it. It would begreat to have a McDonald's that takes pride in how they act and the food that they serve. Read more
