I ordered buffalo tender basket with bleu cheese sauce and fries to go, lunch break at work. Brought my lunch back to the... office, only to find that they gave me regular chicken tenders with buffalo sauce on the side. When i called the manager, i wastold that they no longer offer the buffalo tenders so they substituted. Had i known, i would have changed my order. You justdo NOT substitute orders without notifying people. I was charged for a meal that I did not order. That's not a good way to dobusiness! Read more
It was peak time on a Sunday and there were a bit of gross looking eggs we asked to be replaced. They were finally set out as we... were leaving! My husband didn't even eat because he prefers a full warm plate of food since we pay our hard earned money.Unbelievably & ridiculously sad to see the change in generations! Read more
The best feature was the wait staff. Excellent service. Everything else was a big disappointment. We had the Sunday Breakfast... Buffet, price for adult $12.99, OUCH! The food was a HUGE disappointment. Sausage Gravy way too spicy. Fried potatoes cold. Wearrived at 10:30a.m. In the 45 min. we were there, they never refilled the fruit on the bar.. I asked, but the mysterycontinued. Who knew it took so long to open a can of mandarin oranges. I did spot tiny remains of honeydew melon, so tiny mymicroscope barely saw it. Since 2009, the Frischs in Tipp City has always impressed me with their good service, food quality, and friendliness. I also... feel they do well with their training and execution of the Frischs Way and for that I will always give them 5 stars every singletime.
