Very disappointed in my wrap, the cucumbers were old soggy and slimy, same for avacado. For the price charged they should use... fresh stuff or substitute something else. Read more

Someone answer me this? Why would you offer ?order ahead? services for 2 sandwiches if you have to wait an hour for them? I am... currently sitting here in the store because I was told I had to wait 30-45 minutes for them to make 2 paninis and they would NOTcancel my order. A woman has walked in, ordered 3 sandwiches, has paid and left with them. But my pre-ordered sandwiches whichwere only fresh mozzarella and broccoli rabe on a panini take an hour? I could see if they were packed but it was empty and theyhad at least 6 people behind the counter. The way in which Sarah continued to talked to me and the other staff about my orderwas completely uncalled for. I am NEVER one to complain and I have always been a loyal customer here without any issues?.untiltoday. I won?t be back. Read more

I cannot say enough amazing things about Jimmy P's! We had a catering order being delivered yesterday and as they were coming... in, I dropped and broke two bottles of wine. The husband and wife team who were delivering jumped in and mopped up the wine(after finding a mop!) while I cleaned the broken glass! The food, as always, is incredible, but the service is second to none! Customers for life! Read more
