This is the best Mexican in Monmouth county HANDS DOWN. I always order pick up or delivery because they?re crazy busy every day... of the week. I always know to go early if I want do dine in, because they?re slammed with reservations. Everyone knows the foodwill take a while(and we?re all ok with that) because it?s worth waiting for. Jalapeño cheddar poppers and chorizo nachos areinsane. Steak burrito with the rice & beans inside, no lettuce, and spicy verde sauce is my go to order. Homemade cheesecakesare delicious too. Homemade food is worth the wait. 10/10 ALWAYS! Love this place. I?m so confused by people bashing thembecause I?ve never had a bad experience in the 4 years I?ve lived here and ordered consistently. The portions are huge and worththe money! Read more

Food didn?t taste good. It was Served cold. One Flauta was under another so I couldn?t tell that it was four. Meat was dry.... Beans had no flavor. Server never checked on us until we were finished.! Also cost $96.00 for three meals and we bought our ownliquor for four margaritas . Unbelievable!!!!! They said they took my meal off. We still left $20.00 tip because my sister and Ihave high respect for servers as our moms were servers? So upsetting!! Read more

Everything at this place is delicious! Tonight we got the Oaxaca Burrito, Grilled Chipotle Chicken Breast, Steak a la Mexicana,... Flan and Pork Enchiladas (which was good, but the weakest link). Portions are big, and tastes good too. (I also like theirsalsa, which is different from many I've tried - can't tell if it's cilantro, vinegar or both.) I wish that they were able toemploy another Front of House employee. Normally I get delivery, but today I went in the restaurant. Just 1 woman was servingall tables, taking phone orders, communicating to the kitchen and taking payments. She's a hard worker and took care ofeverything wonderfully, but having a second staff member would be good. (And I say that recognizing that lots of places arehaving hiring problems. I don't fault them for the challenge.) Read more

Fantastic food and very friendly service. They warn you things may take a while so be prepared to wait a bit. Its completely... understandable considering they make everything fresh and are non stop busy. Nice cozy atmosphere and its BYOB. My go to spotfor Mexican. Read more

This place is amazing, and the food is awesome! My wife and I both had the enchiladas and they are the best we have ever had and... the portion sizes are generous. The service was amazing, we felt like we had sat down at a friends house to eat. If you are inthe area you have to try this place! Read more

The service here was phenomenal! The food was even better. Fresh made to order food at reasonable prices. I had hard shell... vegetarian tacos with beans and rice. My husband had tamales. He said they were money! This place is also BYOB! I?d suggestmaking reservations Thursday to Sunday. Please support this small business. You won?t regret it. The portions are enough toshare.
