We’ve only had wonderful service and food here! Tonight we celebrated our Dad’s birthday. Alexis was the sweetest and... friendliest server. The burgers were delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable. Mom enjoyed a cocktail from a menu of creative selections…Rosy Cheeks, I believe! This place is a can’t-go-wrong pick! My friend and I decided to eat here on 11/12/2022 after not being able to get a table at our favorite restaurant down the street... due to time constraints. Allowing ourselves 90 minutes for dinner, we entered at 5 p.m. and were immediately seated in a cozybar area with only a few patrons seated. The main dining room was also sparsely seated. We were provided with menus immediatelyand a server appeared after 10 minutes. He was knowledgeable about the menu but had only 2 recommendations about what was goodto eat, neither of which appealed to us. ( Our first choice was the fish and chips which he steered us away from stating theycould occasionally be "off".) We each chose instead French onion soup ( which he endorsed ), Brussel sprouts ( which he also didnot discourage and explained their prep in detail ), and open faced sliced flank steak sandwiches ( at $28.95 they should be atreat and take only 7 minures to cook for medium rare ). We also ordered cocktails which were immediately served. By 5:30 wereceived the Brussel sprouts and 1 generously sized bowl of soup with the cheese only partially melted. The server forgot toorder the 2nd bowl but assured us it would appear shortly. We started on the sprouts which were presented nicely but were barelycooked in a flavorless balsamic vinaigrette which we doctored with the available table top salt and pepper. The sweet potatoesin the blend were perfectly cooked in contrast to the other overcooked diced bacon bits and rock hard barely cooked sprouts. By5:50 we still had not received the 2nd soup which finally made its appearance 5 minutes later. The flavor of the soup wasoverwhelmed by the taste of Worstershire sauce and there were 3 large bay leaves in one bowl and 1 in the other, something I'dNEVER seen before. At 6:15 p.m. our steaks arrived -sans steak knives- beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, but small (lady's small hand sized - maybe 6 oz. ), stringy, and disguised in some kind of a bland portabella m Read more

Came in for HappyHour and was denied happy hour due to not having enough room in the bar section. The manager could have been... nicer and more accommodating about it too! Apparently you cannot sit in the back for happy hour! And you will be charged fullprice! Absolutely ridiculous and not very accommodating, false perception. You would think that because there wasn’t enoughroom and no sign or warning was available, they would have made an exception. Just lost my businesses!! Read more

Watched people get their food before us and after a way too long wait they finally said it would be coming in ten more minutes. ... No apology. We get the check and after the credit card was run we are told that they add the service fee for using the card. The waiter says it is only like a dollar. Really? Why wait until you run the card. Where are the signs or note on thereceipt. Then after watching the waiter chat up the others waiters I had to walk up to ask for our check. Poor service. Read more

Fish tacos are a good portion and price, the chicken tacos as well. Turkey burger was bland, but the avocado topping helped. The... gluten free bun was surprisingly good. The calamari was nice and tender. The hot peppers are also coated and fried. Too bad theoil needed to changed, too dark. House wine by the glass is $12, too expensive. Wine by the bottle is a bit expensive, even theloyalty prices. The wine we bought stated Napa but it is from Washington. Service was great. Read more

The lunch service was very slow, and my fries were barely warm. Drink refills were impossible. The bartender had to care for the... bar and the tables below. She was also working a double shift, and multiple employees were discussing how many shifts they hadto cover. It's a crisis everywhere, so I get it. Just thankful I could have a meal out. Everything was delicious, and the staffwas kind. Thanks for busting your tails. I'll definitely be back! Read more
