I hadn?t been here in a while due to the new chipotle opening next door. Decided to give it a shot for lunch and that was a big... mistake. Employees have no clue how to make the Sandwiches. I got a wrap that for some reason cost $15.00 with chips a drink (last time I was in cost $12). There was so little ingredients inside the wrap it looked like a roll up or something else. I am never going to this location ever again the place isn't clean, the workers were lazy, my aunt took a sip out of the sprite... and was the most disgusted she'd ever been in her life we order a pizza and got it upside down and not even cut i would rathereat literal dirt than go there again oh wait i practically tasted dirt eating there never going to subway again. I?ve been a subway fan for a long time and I?ve been to a lot of them but this subway was the worst experience ever!!! The... worker had a horrible confrontational attitude!!! I asked for a footlong turkey on white and she says. We dont have turkey withan attitude!!! A subway with 0 turkey!! Then she says are you gonna want anything else?? I said tuna on white so she says. Areyou gonna want anything on it?? Seriously?? I said yes so she scoops it out and throws it on the bread!! Who knows how long itwas sitting out in the bin!! What else you want?? She says sarcastically!! I said lettuce tomato and she says you gonna wantanything else?? I said pickles onions and she throws it on with an attitude!! Then she says you gonna want chips and a drink? Isaid yes!! Then she rings it up on the register with an attitude and face!! I really don?t know why I just didn?t walk out!! Wasmy fault!! The place turned my stomach!! Id love to meet the owner of this franchise because its a pathetic operation of anybusiness!! Needs new owners immediately or shut the place down asap!!! The staff was friendly and the service was impeccable. The one star is for the quality of food they served us. We ordered... inside and took it home to eat. My girlfriend took a bite and was immediately disgusted and stopped eating all together she hadthe steak and cheese. I thought she just didn?t like the sandwich since it was her first time eating that sub. I had the tunaand I?d say the next day we both had very bad diarrhea. Only giving 1 star because can?t give a negative. I ordered 6 sandwiches on Monday 6/20 at around 7:45 pm and 5 were foot longs... one was 6 inch.. everyone?s was fine but my rotisserie chicken or should I say rotten chicken foot long.. 4 bites in it tastedfunny so I threw away and by midnight was violently throwing up w abdominal pain, by morning I was in er w food poisoning andyes it is the only thing I ate different then anyone else all day.. I?m diabetic so it hit me hard, my sugar levels spiked cuz Icouldn?t tolerate oral meds and serve dehydration.. I don?t do reviews but this one did it!!!! I had to!!! And yes I contactedcorporate may even contact cdc.. if u don?t how will anyone know that this is what is going on. Read more
Idk what happened but this location is awful now. We ordered 2 foot longs and it took them 25 minutes to make it. Extremely slow... on purpose, not caring. Bread was gross, ingredients were poor. Employees weren?t even trying. Why even come in to work at thispoint? Shut it down. Read more
The owner does not pay overtime & gives a separate check. Way overworks the employees. Maybe appreciate & pay your employees a... living wage & they'll stay to work for you. Read more
