OMG...what a wonderful experience we had. Previously my husband and I had breakfast here and it was a wonderful experience. The... food was so good especially the bacon, but all the food was fresh and hot. TODAY 10-16-22 Was an even better experience. Therewas 20 of us and they accommodated us right away! We received excellent service!! Our waitress was WONDERFUL, she was pleasant,patient with a good sense of humor. Our food was brought out so fast and every order was cooked to our request. The manager wasalso a gem...she made sure to check on us and made sure everything was okay. Our plates were cleaned up promptly and EVERYSINGLE PERSON WAS SATISFIED!! Stopped by here as I moved to the area. First and last visit. I ordered strawberry pancakes meal as a to go order. There was no... whip cream included but should be per the menu. The pancakes were bland. I stopped eating them. I definitely love pancakes andI'd go to IHOP or OHOP before coming here again. I didn't eat the eggs. I did have the smoked ham and that was good. Usually go to the Chicago heights location but decided to try this one out. Came in and waited patiently until I saw multiple... groups come in and be seated well after I arrived. Shortly after complaining, my party was seated at a dirty table. Someone cameto clean it. Waitress was nice but she forgot our order and came back to the table to place our order again. Inconvenient.Brought out coffee in a filthy container. Overall very displeased with service and cleanliness of location. Photo is after Iwiped the coffee container off. Disgusting!!! Read more
If you?re forced to be up early and in need of strong coffee and delicious food, stop in here! The servers are extremely... friendly (especially Joyce), the food is very tasty, and they even provide a pitcher of coffee for your table. What more can anon-morning person want!
