This is the most nasty restaurant I have ever been to nasty attitude ever. waited almost 40 minutes for Mac and cheese then... bring me out the wrong order so inside was closed no sign on the window or nothing people just walking up pulling on the doorand their was nothing to say inside closed.A lady brought my food out. It was wrong. I walked back in with her to get a refund.Oh my God it was a nasty.mess in there. Absolutely absurd that I oder online and have to wait in drive thru which is a mile long.... hours show that walk ins is open... but the employees lock the door and make you wait. I will never come back to this poorly run Popeyes. Next time I'll just go toKFC were I can be in and out in 2 minutes.... I have never had to wait longer than that there..... The employees at the Tinley location are exceptional, they are all very friendly and nice . When I go to Popeyes to get lunch... I'm always greeted by a smile . I would highly recommend this location .By the way love the that chicken from Popeyes . Read more
Chicken seems less seasoned that other Popeyes that I've had. I always have to ask for a Cajun Sparkle packet. On my last visit,... the lobby was closed in the middle of the afternoon causing the line to be around the building and blocking the parking lot!Maybe they were short staffed. Maybe management is hard to work with. Took over 20 minutes to get an app order. Then, I had toremind him it came with a drink. He went to a basket of receipts to double check (although my order was printed right on receiptattached to my bag) I was not pleased. Read more
This was the best experience I have ever had at a Popeyes restaurant. The staff was so friendly and courteous to the customers.... The physical restaurant was clean and inviting. There were no rude staff members looking at you crazily, rolling their eyes, andcussing you out because you want to order and they don?t want to work. No disrespectful teenagers playing over the food. Nomarijuana smells in the restaurant coming from the staff. They really embraced customer service which is becoming a thing ofthe past at most establishments. I actually sat down and enjoyed my food. I will make this my new spot. It?s a little fartheraway from my home but it is worth it. They were all excellent. If I could give more stars I would. Read more
I love Popeyes chicken, spicy tenders are always on point, but recently this location has just been slacking. Mac and cheese is... always over cooked into a pile of mush. Something is always missing, this time my biscuit. I think it?s time to check out theMokena location. Read more
WITH OUT A DOUBT THE BEST SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH!!!!! Seriously!!! You need to try it. The bun is toasted a couple pickles on it... and a spicy sauce and the biggest boneless chicken breast ever. Wow !! So juicy! The restaurant was very clean and the staff wasfriendly and courteous even during a rather large lunch rush. The on duty manager was great!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in last night for take out and I order a 12 piece nugget and Mac and cheese.... When I got home I opened my Mac and cheese and noticed that I barley got any. I called and asked to speak to the manager and hebarely even let me get out any words first off. When he finally stopped speaking and allowed me to say what I had to say, I toldhim about the amount of Mac & cheese I received and he went on to say that ?the amount that is given isn?t based of the size ofthe cup?. Like BFFR and make it make sense. I?ve never experienced this at any Popeyes location. I contacted Popeyes customerservice and Jessica helped me out and gave me reward points.
