The drive-thru was packed at 2:15 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon. I intentionally pulled over and parked in their lot after going... through the drive-thru so my french fries would be nice and hot. They were not even warm they were ice cold. I don't know howthey could happen considering the drive-thru was packed. Terrible service. Waited 15 minutes for food and was given snarky comments when inquired about my food. Food was cold. They... focused on the drive through and ignored the inside. I was not the only one complaining about wait time. Another person waitedover 5 minutes just for a pop. Read more
Bruh when i ordered a sausage mcgriddle i didnt think id have to spell out the entire name for them lmk why it was literally... just a sausage and patties? Didnt even ask me if thats what i wanted, to be missing majority of the sandwich at full price? Manager did not handle our issue kindly. She acted like we were the problem verses trying to solve the problem. However, cashier... employees have been kind. We felt like we were a bother though they messed up the order. And when our food arrived, it was notfully right. We left out of frustration and got no explanation why our food wasn't made after waiting 30 minutes. Manager wasreally snooty, needs to work on customer service when there is an issue. The manager was extremely disrespectful after they made my mcchicken with no buns I went back to have them correct it and she... grabbed my sandwich and locked the window. I was talking to her and told her to give me my money back when she slammed thewindow shut in my face and threw my money into my car. I paid with change when I first placed my order and she also gave me mychange back which was 1.35 in coins and threw it in my car. After being disrespected twice from the same person I had no choicebut to complain and let McDonalds know they need to be aware of the disrespectful employees they are hiring. My experience was not good. We have to repeat our order 5 times and the cashier still got it wrong. We asked for hot fries... straight out the grease, but they were a little warm. All I wanted was a small fry a large Coke, and an apple pie. When Imade it home the apple pie was broken on the end, and it looked like it had been sitting all, day or was yesterday's apple pie. People were nice there but while I was eating my fries I spotted a couple flies?.. disappointed? very gross? wish I can get a... refund. I gave them to my brother bc I thought they?d be gone but he went to eat the rest and was like ew they?re still in thebag. So idk.
