Clean place with great service. Even when it is crowed, the staff moves the line quickly. The clerks are always sure to ask... for your rewards number and let you know if you have anything to redeem. The sandwiches are well prepared and the bread isalways fresh. Read more

If I could give negative I would. I was in on Saturday sept 24th. I had ordered for pick up and one of my items was the fresh... bread. When I got there, I was not greeted like with any acknowledgement which I am used to at Jimmy Johns. An item I hadordered was not with my order. A young lady came over and asked if she could help me. I showed her my receipt and stated whatwas missing....fresh bread. She then turned to "Em" and asked what she should do. "Em" gave an attitude while loudly saying thatshe should give it to me but after this no one else. I along with 3 other customers heard and witnessed this. I reached out toJimmy Johns on the corporate website about this issue. They sent it directly to the store. "Em" whose real name was Emily andwas the manager responded by defending her reason for such behavior due to her being up since midnight to bake bread. She thenwent on to state that she had "no way to tell customers" about items with their orders until they come in. (A phone number isrequired on every order.) Emily ended with apologizing to me for my confusion. First, baking bread for that long does notexcuse the attitude. Second, a phone number is required on every order. She could have called and explained and offered mecoupon or something for the inconvienice. Finally, the apology for my being confused...talk about belittling and treating acustomer like dirt. I hope the owner sees this and is the same owner from 2006. He would not tolorate this kind of behavior ortreatment of his customers. Read more

Good Thai chicken wrap. They don't have the wheat sub rolls anymore, just sliced bread. Missed those.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious AS EXPECTED! Don't let the other comments deter you... from enjoying JJ's. The place was clean and there was some great music playing. Read more

If I could've I would've put NO STARS for this place. I just moved to the area and I am twelve minutes away from this location... but was denied delivery. After already looking up which location would be closest to me (6 minutes away) and trying that one towhich I had no response (I called 4 times), I decided to try the second closest to me. Before I could even get my address outthe manager cut me off and said I would need to go online and look up the one closest to me, which I had already done. I triedexplaining to her that I already called the one closest to me and they did not answer but she was just extremely rude and nothelpful at all. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It is not my fault that the other location is not answering and 6 minutes vs. 12minutes is not a huge difference. This location is pathetic so this will have been my FIRST and LAST encounter with them. Ifthey won't go 4 miles down the road then where do they deliver??? Read more

We placed an online order for 6 sandwiches. Received 4 of them. Called and was told that my delivery would be delayed because... they are backed up on orders and only 2 drivers. I asked so I have to wait because you forgot 2 of my sandwiches. The managerresponded with yes I am short drivers. When I called back to talk to the owner. I spoke to same manager and they said the owneris never in. I asked to leave a message. I am a business owner and would be mortified if my manager talked to a customer the waytheirs did. I would give ZERO stars if possible. I even paid for the delivery as well as also TIPPED the driver 20%. That aloneis over $15.00 with the delivery charge and I?m only 0.5 miles from the location. They seriously need to evaluate how this oneis operated. Customer service is not there. It?s not like I am trying to get something for free. Just what I paid for and for myfamily to eat together as ordered. Read more

The manager (Tim F.) was absolutely amazing. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. I came in slightly... disgruntled because I could not figure out how to work the online ordering system. Tim sat down with me at one of the booths andwalked me through the ordering process on my phone and then walked behind the counter and made my sandwich. It was the bestsandwich I have had in a very very long time. I tried to give him a tip but he wouldn't accept it, he said he was just doing hisjob. Thank you for being so awesome Tim F.
