8 times out of 10 my order has been wrong lately whether it be drive through or delivery. This store is less than 5 minutes from... my home, but I will NOT be using this Dunkin' again!!! Read more

Got to the Tinley Park location this morning and tried the door handle to order inside and it was locked. So fine- I got back in... my car to sit in the drive up line that was 5 cars deep. Only to be the next in line and told that the drive up didn't work? Notsure what that meant so I said well the lobby door is locked. The worker said not anymore, we opened it. So i go inside where Iam now third in line. No apology or anything. A trip that should have taken 5 minutes took 20 minutes. Would not recommend thislocation! Read more

Came through the drive through in the morning and was served/given stale croissants and donuts, couldn't verify the quality till... I got to the office and by then was too late to return them! Read more

Awful customer service. I went through the drive through, ordered, was asked to repeat my order which I didn’t mind, but I... made sure to be more clear and said “iced caramel cold brew” to which the employee rudely replied “yeah of course it’siced, it’s a cold brew.” ??? I was going to order more but she said “is that it?” and I didn’t want to deal with heranymore so I just wrapped up my order. All that just for my order to be wrong anyways. Not too many other coffee options aroundif you’re in a rush so best of luck. Read more

Awful, horrible and all of the above with their service. I am a very patient person and tried to give this place the benefit of... the doubt. I was there with my sister at the time was rushed talked down to and treated very poorly. The lady with blond hairand thin drawn on eyebrows, not only treats customers badley, but treats her coworkers or employees poorly. This is the secondtime I get told “I have a line by her” I’m aware how the food industry works, but I am also aware of good and bad customerservice. I decided to order something simple this morning just so things can be quick and it wouldn’t be too difficult forthem, I ordered a medium black iced coffee and an order of bagel bites. When I pulled up to the window they gave me a largeblack iced coffee instead with the bagel bites. I let the lady know that it isn’t what I ordered and I prefer to have a mediuminstead she started rummaging through the tip jar to grab change and give it to me for the difference, I told her it wasn’t myconcern it’s fine it already happened and if she can give me a medium instead which is what I initially order she said youalready paid for it, drink it and throw the rest. I didn’t have time given I needed to be at work, so I proceeded to put thedrink in my cup holder and as I do that I hear her say “ I have a line” mind you there was only 1-2 cars behind me thatweren’t waiting that long given they came much later then me. I proceeded to drive away and took a bite of my bagel bites tofind out it was frozen and wasn’t cooked all the way through. Very disappointed, this location has no customer service, theirmain goal is to get your money and get you out. There is no respect, the girl who is at the window most of the time shouldn’tbe dealing with customers and maybe should be put in the back doing some dishes. Most awful customer service!! The employee was in an EXTREME RUSH for no reason. She asked what can we get before we even pulled... up to the speaker. I ordered what I want but my sister didn’t know what she wanted. The employee than proceeded to say “areyou done? Do you know what you want?” “Is that all for you” My sister said “give me one second” 3 TIMES!! Then we goup to pay and this lady screams our total 3 times. LIKE WE HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME. My sister was going to grab her wallet andthis employee then says “we have a line so hurry up” “are you gonna pay” (mind you there was TWO people behind us) andit hadn’t even been a whole 30 seconds. After that we just straight up just drove away. Nobody is gonna spend there hardearned money on a place that treats you LESS THAN HUMAN. Do not go to this ratchet location with that ratchet girl with theblonde hair. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. If you want some decent human decency I suggest you go somewhere else.Ps. I can’t speak for every employee there but the girl SPECIFICALLY with blonde hair is extremely rude every time we go thereshe rushes us and talks extremely fast. The workers are really nice and care that customers have a good experience. The particular order I made through the mobile app... turned out to be out of stock, but the worker was really nice and offered me alternatives. For example, I ordered a chocolatecroissant which turned out to be out of stock, so she gave me 2 doughnuts of my choice instead. Also, the café is nice andclean and has an appealing atmosphere. The location is good too. The coffee beverage was excellent, just the right temperatureand blend of flavor and sweetness. The doughnuts were fresh, warm, aromatic, and delicious. Read more
