Got to the Tinley Park location this morning and tried the door handle to order inside and it was locked. So fine- I got back in... my car to sit in the drive up line that was 5 cars deep. Only to be the next in line and told that the drive up didn't work? Notsure what that meant so I said well the lobby door is locked. The worker said not anymore, we opened it. So i go inside where Iam now third in line. No apology or anything. A trip that should have taken 5 minutes took 20 minutes. Would not recommend thislocation! Read more
Came through the drive through in the morning and was served/given stale croissants and donuts, couldn't verify the quality till... I got to the office and by then was too late to return them! Read more
Awful customer service. I went through the drive through, ordered, was asked to repeat my order which I didn’t mind, but I... made sure to be more clear and said “iced caramel cold brew” to which the employee rudely replied “yeah of course it’siced, it’s a cold brew.” ??? I was going to order more but she said “is that it?” and I didn’t want to deal with heranymore so I just wrapped up my order. All that just for my order to be wrong anyways.
