BK has gotten very expensive. And my Whopper was cold. At $12 for a whopper meal it should be nice and warm.
Has to be lack of training or just caring, but I will not be going back to this location again. I absolutely love Burger King,... nothing better than a hot fresh Whopper with cheese in my opinion and the chicken nuggets are pretty good too. Problem was itwas anything but hot and fresh and the cheese wasn't even slightly melted. The bun was borderline stale and my wife's nuggetsweren't even luke warm. A simple zap in the microwave may have covered a little of the lack of freshness taste, but not even athought of doing that crossed their minds. I'm not one to go all "Karen" on anyone, they wouldn't care anyway so why get upsetmore. I will simply never go there again. I have heard so much about the Impossible burgers and I had never tried on. So after a long day of shopping, I decided to stop... and buy one. It was AMAZONG!! I haven't had a Whopper in over 25 years but this burger brought back the memory. It wasdelicious! This store had very courteous service. We also received our order with very little wait. I don't ask for much from a fast-food place because... it's fast food. What I look for is speed, freshness, and cleanliness of... the dining area and bathrooms. Customer service isn't held to a high standard because no one working here wants to work here,and that breeds a certain kind of employee. The customer isn't paying a lot, so they can't rightfully expect a lot. Therefore,as long as an employee doesn't actively offend me, no stars are deducted from their rating. The food was super quick, butunfortunately I really don't like any Burger King fries-- and I LOVE fries. They were fresh, though. My chicken sandwich hadhard edges, but was still eatable and within tolerance for the small amount you pay for it. The restaurant was immaculate. Ifyou like Burger King fries, this specific BK is good. Their seating area looks modern, but the chairs are a bit uncomfortable.There are homeless here like at most franchise burger places... but I didn't feel threatened, and that's a huge plus. Read more
