Their drive-thru was very slow
Dirty dining area, slow, confused staff - took at least 15 minutes to make a shake and then they had to REmake it. ????
This dunkin is conveniently located but it has some of the most airheaded staff. Check your order before you go, without fail... they get it wrong 8 times out of 10 even after you repeat your order to them 3 times and they repeat it back to you. I try toavoid going here because it's more of a headache when you have to be somewhere and find out later your order is wrong. Read more
