Yesterday, I ordered a classic beef and chedder meal with no chedder but I subbed the chedder for swiss,for my drink I ordered a... large Mello Yellow and 6 peice Mozzarella cheese stick instead of a curly fry. I recieved a chicken sandwich with a curly fryand a coke. So, I called grubhub complained and got reimbursed then I ordered again. Then I called them told them I reorderedand would like for my order to be correct. I received a Classic Chedder and fry NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!!!! So I called and one ofthe employees started to cry when I expressed to her that this was the second time my order was wrong. I asked to speak to amanager and the manager said hello and then hung up. I went to the store. They ignored the fact that they hung up on me and gaveme a bag with 6 peice cheese sticks with NO marinara sauce and A Beef and Chedder sandwich Still not my order???????? I amdone?? Arby's you really ruined the experience for me. I asked for a manager they said the manager wasn't there. I asked for thecorporate number and they said they didn't have it. Had to go with a three for this one. I went there on a Friday and it was five stars all the way great service, great food, and... the young woman working the drive-through without a doubt the most beautiful woman on the planet. Went back on Saturday and mybeef sandwiches were missing about 50% of the beef that should have been on them. Paying like $13 for two beef sandwiches thatonly have half the beef is very heartbreaking. Without that beef how am I supposed to work out get in great shape and try tomarry the girl that works the drive-through? Think, Arby?s, think before you meat short people! Read more

Avoid this place at all cost! Customer service sucks!!!! Came Monday evening after 9. We ordered three meals and one kids meal.... The girl taken the order must of been in a hurry to get back to nothing because she kept asking "is that it"? She never repeatedthe order back to us to make sure it was correct. We waited a good five plus minutes only to get to the window to find out theymessed up our order. My mother spent over $40+ that evening and they didn't care. The older lady whom seem like the manager waslike she didn't charge you for it and do you want to be charged? Like what type of foolishness is that when your cashier madethe mistake!!! Yet, they gave us the kids meal, four drinks, three fries but two sandwiches, and mozzarella sticks. We orderthree meals that come with three sandwiches, three fires, and three drinks. Along with they kids meal. They gave us everythingexcept the one sandwich. The manager didn't care one bit unless we paid for it. In which we technically did. With a nastyattitude like what you want to do? I can charge you for it. Like why can't you own up for your cashier's mistake and make myexperience better? She even asked the cashier did she ring us up for it and she said nope! I explained the cashier neverrepeated our order back to us. But what do we know? Came here on Saturday night and ordered 2 meals. No wonder why they 'forgot' the chicken sandwich. If they were honest I... wouldn't have cared but its the fact that they tried to be slick. Next time just be honest. Read more

Stopped by for a quick bite. Katie was very professional and assisted me with my order( gyro meal). She went out of her way to... get me some Diablo sauce to try. Wish there was more gyro meat on the sandwich but the food was great. Will be back. Read more
