I?ve always been a huge fan of Baltimore Coffee and Tea but now I love them even more! We have a nice espresso machine at our... house and love to order the whole bean Milano Blend Espresso which tastes so smooth and amazing. I?ve been ordering from herefor years and have never had a problem. We recently moved and my order which usually comes within 2 days hadn't come so when Ireached out about a week later, I found out that it had been delivered to my old address rather than my new one. When I emailedto check on my order, Pamela got right back to me in a timely fashion. She let me know that she was going to reach out to theowner of the company to tell him what happened and would call me back the next day to let me know what the next step was. I wasabsolutely SHOCKED when she called back to let me know that someone would be HAND DELIVERING beans to my house that evening. What??!!??!? I told her that was NOT necessary but she insisted. That evening, just as she said, Sharon showed up with a boxof fresh beans. Wow! Went on my first date with my wife here 4 years ago. Came back recently for another visit. It's always been clean whenever i... visited, smells spectacular, and the people are friendly. I think i got the chocolate-infused brew coffee and my godddd it wasso good. They had sample cups out so i know next time im getting the coconut one. I personally went in there for the coffee and the flavored coffee is the best around anywhere that I have been so far. They have... many many varieties no flavor coffee then I have never seen before and the flavors are just the best. Let's say you have apumpkin flavored coffee. You can be sure that it will taste like pumpkin and not weak like many other places I know of. Theyhave some organic which will be nice to see more organic coffee beans. And that's the thing about this place too they have somuch fresh coffee beans that abound. Also many teas and herbal teas and name nrands you can choose from. You can sit in atsmall tables which is in a nice comfy and cozy area. The whole place inside gives you a comfortable feeling. And not to mentionthe personnel which are right there to help you with anything you might want to know or need. Great people to deal with. UsuallyI don't give anything five stars only because nothing is really perfect.
