I have been sitting in the drive thru for over half an hour. I have moved three cars up this whole time. It is a Sunday night @... 6:30. With that being said, no way to get out of line until all cars move forward. Line is still backed up to the main street. Ithink more staff would be a great asset. Even people who have pulled up with pickup service has waited a long while too. Iexpect to wait but over half an hour in drive thru is ridiculous. Read more
They redefine fast food. It took 20 minutes to get my order of 2 tacos. At one point there were 13 customers standing around... inside waiting for their orders. Read more
Customer service is Lacking at this site. Dirty floors, good service from cashier. Rest of team messed up orders to different... people, had Many people waiting over 20 mins due to thus mix up. Need more people Actually WORKING! The staff did the best theycould during a lunch rush of approximately 25 people. Read more
Ordered on line, it was wonderful they had it ready when we got there, however after driving another 20 minutes to get home we... were missing a Mexican pizza. Short a meal for one person. Not a good way to get return business. Read more
This location gets three stars only because a very nice employee gave us a free drink. Without the kind gesture, they would have... received a 1 star review. We were waiting for a 3 drink order for approximately 35 minutes. For 3 drinks. Read more
The manger, Destiny, is the only reason for this 3 star review. I spoke with her tonight and advised that the last few trips... we've had have been less than satisfying. Our orders are never correct and often sloppy. Tonight, for example, I ordered aNachos Bell Grande with extra cheese and no sour cream. What I got was a heap of chips, SOME cheese, and about 2/3 of a diced uptomato. I told her I take partial blame because I should know by now to check my items before leaving. But it's incrediblyfrustrating to wait in a line for 15 minutes, drive home10 minutes, and find nonsense. Destiny was very gracious andunderstanding of my frustration, and offered to replace the items on our next trip; even though I made it clear I was notcalling for free anything - I promise I'm not a grumpy Karen lol Hopefully she speaks with her team and we see some improvement! Grindingly slow, like half an hour waiting for take out. Owner should seriously open the lobby, because the crew is moving... outrageously slow with no one to see. I thought this place was understaffed at first, but after seeing the kitchen, it is easyto see this place needs a decent manager. 5 employees with overflowing trash cans and a drive thru line around the block butthey're all still moving like snails.
