The baristas are in a constant rush to serve drive thru customers that they don't have time to be friendly to the walk-in... customer. It's a rushed service. Furthermore, make the drinks last in flavor, my Ventti frappuccino tasted like ice after a fewzips. For a drink that cost 10 dollars it should be better. Read more
Starbucks got expensive ???? $7 for a large latte. We used to complain about 4 or 5 now their heading for 10. Sorry but not for... me. I watched the barista make my iced americano today and was alarmed by what I saw. The barista poured hot espresso directly into... the plastic cup, let it sit for a minute, and then added the water and ice. Pouring hot liquids into a plastic cup is unsafe asharmful chemicals can particulate into the drink. I would've said something but my order took over 15 mins to get and I wasrunning late. Read more
One of the busiest Starbucks in the area being right off the highway. They are usually pretty good about making sure the orders... are accurate. It is apparent that they have made a concerted effort to improve their time management. Most staff is generallycheery, and it is a good experience to visit. The amount of times I have ordered the blueberry oatmeal from this store has switched out the agave for brown sugar and they... give me no brown sugar and then they give me dried fruit instead of the nut mix. It?s happened at least 5 times and it?sinfuriating. I know that people in this store are working so hard but this mistake is ridiculous and that it happens every timeI make this one adjustment. Horrible! I do a mobile order most of the time and they never make it right! I pay extra for sweet cream cold foam or Carmel... sauce and it never gets added. Very friendly Starbucks!! I think they are one of the busiest in Northern Colorado. I will only give a 4 star for food because... they don't have any yummy gluten free options. They should have a gluten free breakfast sandwich & lunch sandwich. The need isthere and I can't believe they haven't stepped up to the times. I also am dairy free/sugar free & I can't believe they don'thave a good choice for milk alternatives. They have an almond & coconut but they have sugar in there, so I can't ever do that.Starbucks as a whole needs to step it up with these 2 very common dietary needs!! Read more
