The only double drive in Timmins, in a convenient location at the center of town. Avoid the inner window if in a rush as it's... often the trainees, but for the most part the lines move fairly quick. The staff is usually quite nice and the items are notoften messes up. Some days can be a little slow, but who doesn't have their bad days? The only downfall is during covid, and thesmall store front, only one customer can go in at a time leaving quite the line up outside. And unfortunately, my main reasonfor 4 stars instead of 5, is that if you walk in you're usually left to wait as they prioritize the drive through. Unless you're in drive through, this place is terrible. If you're a customer outside you'll watch 10 cars get served before 1 in... store customer. On top of that, when you finally get your order, it's often wrong. Especially the coffee! Go to the Tim Hortonson Airport road, you'll get good service and quickly there. Read more
Okay.today I ordered an iced Capp ,1 donut and 1 cookie. It took 15-20 minutes to receive it and there was 3 workers working on... my 1 order!! And also those 3 workers kept needing another employee to help!!! What the heck is that.. I'm not sure if they arenew but maybe the manager should not have 3 new workers working same shift. I wanted to give kudos to the three sweetest, most lovely women who helped me out today with an order issue. I knew it wasn?t a... problem directly from the store as it was a problem with the third party delivery driver and the two managers at this storewe?re doing the best they could to resolve the issue. The driver didn?t arrive and it was almost three hours since my order wasplaced and the two managers went above and beyond to make sure I received my food and left me a lovely surprise! Another verysweet coworker from the store thought my iced coffee was forgotten and came directly to me and still gave it to me regardless.Kudos to every single one of them for going above and beyond, being very sweet and understanding, and genuinely being the mostdown to earth people I?ve had the privilege of meeting. 5/5 stars!!! ???????????? My girlfriend who is white and does not wear masks walked in and placed an order, no issues, they nicely asked her to wait... outside for her order to be completed. We decided to go this morning but this time I went in with my built in face coveringsweater 3 times thicker than a mask and right after a guy just wearing a thin bandana over his face. The racist manager refusedto serve to me and threatened to call the police. I worked 3 years at Restaurant Brands International and never encountered amore unprofessional person in all the tim Hortons stores I've dealt with. One day she will learn. Read more
I am in town for work for about a month, not once they got my order correct. My order was simply Garden salad with grilled... chicken, which I order the same way same thing every Tim Horton I go. The picture I attached was just one of the many mistakes,instead of garden they gave me Caesar, the chicken I paid $2 for werent even there at first, I checked and told them the chickenweren't there and they even argue with me saying they added even when it was all green inside with a transparent cover, theythen took it in and added chicken as shown in the picture, $2 for 5 pieces of half a pinky size.
