I commend the owners for the cleanup and repairs. It's really nice to see that you're decorating nicely now. I dropped in for... lunch with my sister. The staff were excellent, food was good, however I was deeply disappointed in the cost of the side. I hadasked for a roll with my soup. The charge was excessive. I was provided with two small rolls, cut in half, toasted with somemelted cheese and charged $12.99. I won't be returning for lunch. Read more
ONE STOP SHOP for a wedding. My sister got married outside in the garden, had her reception inside in the private room, and we... rented rooms for the bridal party. Great experience overall ! We had heard nothing but wonderful things from SO MANY PEOPLE since Patrick has taken over; We had... to come try for ourselves & it did not disappoint! We visited when it was a little slower ( but be warned it gets busy veryfast !!!) Sat on the new patio overlooking the river. Our waiter Matt was fantastic! He was friendly, funny & attentive. Ourfood was delicious. We had the spinach dip (highly recommend, seriously it?s lick the plate good lol) as well as the prime ribspecial, cowboy burger and the roasted tomato/red pepper bisque ?All of which were top notch ! Our only complaint was that ourstomachs weren?t bigger so we could have saved room for dessert! This was our first visit of what I?m sure will be many. My Girlfriend and I went for lunch today, we got seated by a very kind host, he was eager to seat us and had menus ready, the... new patio is very nice and our server was very pleasant. I got a steak sandwich and my gf got a blue cheese burger and they wereboth excellent, the fries are great too, don?t change them!! We have been here twice and always had an excellent experience.It?s also nice to see a restaurant serving old staples and new beer from local craft breweries. Read more
The restaurant was busy when we got there and service was a bit slow but we weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a big deal. The food... was good and well prepared and the prices were good for the amount of food you get. Our servers were friendly and ensured we hadeverything we needed. Beautiful patio and really lovely spot to eat and watch the river. Definitely enjoyed some snacks from the gift shop as well. ... Local beer and cider drinks had great selection. Definitely will be back for our next special occasion or date night! Read more
What a great experience today on the new patio at The Mill! Such a lovely natural setting... we relaxed while watching duck... families floating by on the river. So many tempting things on the menu, but if you're a seafood lover, the big, delicious panseared scallops are a treat, as are the strawberry daiquiri and the cheesecake! My experience is dining. Love the coffee, disappointed in the Craig's Fish and Chip order this time. The fish was very small ... and the fries kind of soggy. Last week I had the Prime Rib. Seems like a lot of salt was added to the top of it which I didn'tcare for. The menu offers a lot of choices and I will keep going back to try other items.
