Not Good! This KFC was SO Filthy that it was disgusting. The tables , floors, windows, and even the counter where You order and... receive Your food was filthy! The chicken was extremely fatty having more fat than meat! Grease dripped off of the chicken! Wewill NEVER go to this KFC again! Very dissapointing, went tonight an hour before closing to order a 14 piece bucket meal. Was told I could only get 10, ok fine,... i'll take the 10. What 3 sides would I like? Well, I wanted 2 large fries and 2 large gravy (4 sides come with the 14 piece, soIll pay extra for an extra gravy) oh no, sorry, the gravy is expired. I always order here by the mobile app because I am at work and only have 30 minutes for my lunch break and my order is never... ready and as I wait where one picks up mobile orders I am ignored until they are done with walk in customers at the counter andstill have to wait while they put my order together. They also never have enough staff on duty to deal with everyone and theyseem to love talking on their cell phones while dealing with the orders. After the 4th time ordering on the app and waitingevery time for most of my break I will not return and will let everyone that asks me about KFC in Tilbury know that they havethe worst service I have ever had anywhere! July 6, 2022, today was the best experience I?ve had at kfc in 10+ years. My food was hot, crispy, not greasy, not dried out. My... fries were actually crispy and hot. not soggy and mushy. Good job today ladies and gentlemen. Keep up the good work. Read more
Compared to other KFC I've had over the years this is lower on the freshness. They had two kids running the place and seemed... like they couldn't keep up with demand. We waited 20 min for our order and still wasn't fresh. Nothing against the staff.. justcouldn't keep up. This location probably has one of the worst parking lots in North America. You need to drive around thecraters in their parking lot to avoid falling into the abyss. Read more
