" It's worth the drive to Tignish" Great service, spacious dining room with modern but casual decor...now to the best part. The... seafood chowder was amazing, ordered a small paid for a small but what came to the table was everyone else's idea of a large,every spoonful had a scallop, lobster, fish and a baby clam, yes there was potatoes but you had to hunt them down. It was richwith cream and tasted amazing. Lobster roll was loaded! Bun nicely toasted and was garnished beautifully.@ 13.95 it was a steal.The wife had open chicken sandwich and loved it. The gravy was amazing. Everything was outstanding and affordable a rare find.We will be back and anyone who visits us this is where we will take them for the PEI experience. Read more
Great place with friendly staff and fresh food. I had the seafood chowder which had a generous portion of seafood and tasted... great. Finished the meal with a chocolate cheesecake which was rich and delicious. Read more

We were a large group so we called ahead for a table. We were seated and waited on right away, brought drinks and fresh biscuits... by our amazing waiter. We did not get his name, but he was dark haired with a short beard, and told us he had moved last Julyfrom Toronto. His service was outstanding. We really appreciated everything he did for such a large demanding table. The foodwas delicious! Large portions, great prices, with homemade taste. Some of the best customer wservice I've found yet. The servers were amazing, incredibly accommodating for a last minute large... party, and the food was phenomenal. My family and I decided to go there because it was close to our cottage rental. Amazing tasty food with lots of options (try... their seafood lobster chowder or fish&chips- so delicious!). We've been traveling around PEI and eating at various places, especially sampling seafood chowders. This place has the best... chowder I've EVER had, anywhere, bar none!!! I really liked that it's not too thick and has a great sampling of seafoods. Andthe salad I had to go with it was also terrific! Piled high and deep with greens and veggies. Add the roll that comes with itand you get one really fine meal. 6 out of 5 stars for me! Read more
