I called ahead and placed an order for pick up. I walk in, and someone goes, are you here for pick up? So I say yes. She hands... me a bag and charges me $19.90. I open the bag before I leave, and it's not my food so I give it back to her. She gets mycorrect ticket with MY phone number on it, and she says is this you? So I said yes, that's correct. She said sorry, it's goingto be another $3.20. I say, no problem and pay again. Well, this evening, I get an ANGRY phone call saying YOU DIDN'T PAY! Isaid, excuse me? Yes I did. She says, "no I saw you! You just picked up and didn't pay!" I said, no. Ask the shorter lady withthe glasses how she messed up and I had to be charged twice. She says, "oh I'm sorry we made a mistake." Not even 10 minuteslater, I get another phone call saying NO YOU DIDNT PAY!! So I said, "yes I did!!! I already paid for someone else's order of$19.90. She took a calculator out and took that away from my order total and I still owed $3.20!! Check your records and mybank!" And she hung up. What awful customer service! I can't believe they call customers berating them like this. Even if I didwalk about without paying, wouldn't you have tried to stop me? Since you "saw me" ??? I've been coming here since 2009!! Solid performer in the "SUSHI GO-ROUND" (conveyor belt) space. Always a decent selection of good quality plates.
The food is overpriced. The service is inauthentic and bad. I had to ask 3 times for wasabi and got a stingy little smear. They... charged me $3 for a can of coke. The ramen my sweet pea got was suspected of being Top Ramen. It had two deep fried vegetablesin it and was $9. The sushi at Fred Meyer‘s is twice as good and twice as fresh and half the price. Waited over 30 minutes for a doordash order. They apparently gave it away to someone else and didn't even start making it until... 8 minutes after they told me they didn't have it... horribly communication between employees and it seems delivery orders areconstantly pushed behind the massive lines and wait times they already have in store. Dashers don't get paid the hour, we getpaid when it's delivered. When a restaurant can't keep up with the delivery demand it costs us money. Just turn off deliveriesif you're that busy. Best and favorite track sushi for us. Good selection of sushi rolls and sashimi. We love their salmon and seared salmon sushi.... Best calamari and baked green mussels. We have been patrons for years but our favorite location is the store on Hall Blvd. Cleanstore, high turnover with lots of patrons and friendly staff. My favorite location. Read more
