20 minutes for 2 coffees is so unacceptable. Being in the service industry myself I am more than understanding but TWENTY... minutes for TWO drinks is beyond insane. 4 people working and 6 people waiting for their orders, almost everyone's orders cameout wrong as well LOL Will not be supporting this location again. Staff seemed nice enough but for whatever reason it took at least 10 minutes to get 2 drinks. I'm assuming they had a lot of... online orders or drive thru to get thru before ours. I wanted cream in my coffee which wasn't set out for customers so I went upto the counter. Employees kept looking at me but never acknowledged me...when I finally told one I needed cream she looked soflustered and then filled up a tiny cup withh cream and gave it to me. Ok...I know some are still scared about covid...but youcan put the cream and sugar back out. It'll be alright... Read more
Good location that's always busy. Don't go to this one if you want a simple cup of coffee. The place is always so busy and they... put coffee orders in line with all the other espresso and blended drinks. It took 20 minutes for a grande pike. Done with thisone. Read more
They got my entire order of coffee and kale egg bites. Then when I went in and let them know... It took them 10 min to fix the... problem. I was almost late for work. Yes the gal at the window apologized. With a smile, twice. I've never had Starbucks get myorder wrong. They should remove the person taking the orders. It starts at the top and rolls down hill. This is a great location to meet up with folks but the staff cranks the music so loud that you cannot hear yourself think much... less have a conversation. The excruciating decibels require people to shout to be heard. Asked if they could please lower thevolume staff said they could ?but it would be a while?. Such a great staff. Made a personal connection with a tired and stressed employee who lived just up the street from me in an... area of Southern California where I had a house during a difficult time in my life and left to start a new journey of my own. It's very possible I know your parents....lol You weren't even born when I was living there or just a toddler at best. Hang inthere. Life is tough nowadays, stay strong. Check out the East Coast we are a lot more loving and close knit there. Bluecollar workers are family oriented and hard working. We stick together and have each other's back. That's the differencebetween a Democrat and a Republican. Not color or race, not whether we made mistakes in our younger days because every singleone of has skeletons in our closet.
