I?ve been coming to this café for years, but now that I?m a Starbucks partner (at a different store), I appreciate this place... even more. The store is consistently clean, baristas/shift supervisors are friendly (even when they?re swamped), and wait timesare rarely noticeable. Starbucks is one of my favorite places to get a cold, sweet treat. I can't drink coffee, but they have a lot of non-caffeinated... drinks, plus the food is straight up heaven in your mouth. It's a little spendy but it's worth it. If you haven't gone toStarbucks, please go. I promise you won't regret it. Read more

It makes me happy that Starbucks doesn?t discriminate against the LBGQT community. However, I wish they would also not... discriminate against the handicapped community. We walked in and notices the handicap table was occupied by non-handicap people.My friend is obviously handicapped, and the designated table makes it easier for me to feed him/pour his coffee. The peoplesitting at the handicapped table were from corporate Starbucks, or at least district management. We used to come to thislocation a lot, but it seems like its now too big of a deal to give proper handicap seating. We will be going back to the othersurrounding locations that serve all types of people, unlike this location. Also, aren?t business meetings done in offices? Fast service, drinks taste good. Friendly staff. Very small location with little room for sitting. Not a Starbucks that's ideal... for hanging out or working at. Have you guys considered trading locations with the KeyBank for some extra room and adding adrive thru window? Can't imagine the bank needs all that extra space. Read more

It wasn't crowded when we went in at roughly 4pm. After a long day at work and a long list of todos still to do, it was a... perfect place at the perfect time.. The staff was fast and friendly. Nice to see how clean and organized the store is. Thetexture and flavor of the drink was perfectly made. Keep up the great work and attitude. Read more

This starbucks is right on mine and my fiance's walking route and is one of our favorite stops for over a year now. Everyone... here is always so friendly, gets my order out quickly, and accurately. They handle peak times with great attitude andprofessionalism. They all deserve a raise! Read more
