I understand accidents happen and typically like my experiences here and I go here everyday but twice in a row I?ve paid extra... for vanilla sweet foam and there has not been any added to both drinks. I don?t understand making me pay extra for no sweet foamor only adding a small amount that I cannot even see in my cup. Hopefully this Starbucks picks back up it?s consistency. Read more

Saw this new location and was excited to try it out. I ordered an ice coffee with lots of creamer, light ice, and no classic.... They tried twice, but couldn?t make it correctly. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich. I got wrong sandwich, and it was icecold. They wouldn?t refund me my money, but they did give me two $4 vouchers. Find it hilarious that a multi-billion dollarcorporation can?t refund $8. Manager/lead was nice, but they can?t pay attention to basic directions. The first girl i spoke towas too confused to understand I wanted extra cream, not an entire cup of cream (there was tiny amount of coffee at bottom ofcup). It must still be a new store. If you are thinking of visiting, maybe wait until 1/01/2023. They may need some time tolearn how to read a basic order. Read more
Starbucks in the Tigard Towne Square shopping center is now a stand-alone shop with a drive-thru. It is a very convenient... location especially when in that area shopping, running errands, working out, etc. The service is always super-friendly anddrinks and food are spot-on. Read more

While I tend to shy away from corporate driven coffee shops, this is one of the most consistent Starbucks locations in terms of... customer service and quality of coffee and food offerings. The friendly staff makes a conscious effort to remember you ifyou?re a regular and make you feel like a member of their family. They have a knack for providing fast yet efficient servicethat is sure to boost your day. In turn, it?s worth your while to drive the extra mile or two and visit this location. B+/A- Read more
Bought an iced coffee with cream that came out looking white as paper. It was clearly brewed wrong and was extremely diluted and... watery. I kindly brought it to the managers attention and she wasn?t interested in acknowledging that the brewed iced coffee wasdiluted and weak and just asked if I want another one. She brought me one from the same weak batch and just poured a little lesscream in it. I?ve worked for Starbucks for 4 years and have drank hundreds of brewed iced coffees. I?ve never seen one this weakand I?ve never encountered someone as inexperienced as this manager. It takes a pea brain to realize when an iced coffee isessentially water. Now I get to go to another place and spend more money to get a drink that contains some caffeine. Thanks forstealing my money ???????? Read more
