Came on a cloudy Thursday … bartender and servers were friendly. Dynamite roll was amazing. Drinks were as well. It was quiet... and service was quick. I’ll definitely be back. Read more

Because of the location, we didn't expect much of this place and were blown away by the freshness of the fish and the quality of... the cuts! Sinju Sushi is the real deal, for a very reasonable price :) Read more

We got a couple of tuna bowls, the Hawaiian and the seared tuna bowl. We also got a couple of miso soups, salmon nigiri, and... creamy scallops. The lighting in the restaurant was almost a yellow color, a very warm coloring. The only thing that bothered meabout a place that charges $9 for two salmon nigiris was their restroom. The wall behind the toilet is covered with afloor-to-ceiling mirror. The bathrooms are unisex, so there was splatter behind the toilet and all over the mirror. It lookslike it has not been cleaned for a while. It looked like the splatter had been collecting for a while. Read more

Other than the front of house being very dismissive and oblivious to what was going on we enjoyed our time and meal here. Once... seated we were gracious greeted by a wonderful server. Food was fast and very fresh and delicious. Will be back. Read more

Delicious place! Very high quality food for a decent price point if you don't get the more expensive items. However, that being... said, it can get pricey if you're planning to get more than a simple bite or two. The quality is fresh so I recommend it. Verycool inside, the location at Bridgeport mall is fancy with red lights, and a fireplace. I went on a Friday and it was verycrowded and loud, and I wouldn't say very covis friendly as the tables are far too close together to be safe. My friend and Ispent 40 on 2 roles and a shared appetizer, and the roles were basic, spicy salmon and spicy tuna but delicious! I recommendthem! We also shared the tuna poke/Seaweed salad salad plate which was delicious but it wasn't a huge portion. Enough to snackon and be hungry 2 to 3 hours later, but if you aren't too hungry perfect amount and within reasonable price range. Worth goingand experiencing for yourself! The wait time on the Friday we went for 2 people was about 35 minutes even though they said 20minutes. Our server was friendly and attentive enough so that was nice! Read more

You don't get parking directly in front, but plenty all around. We come to Bridgeport Village often but first time visit here. ... There was no wait, but they did ask if we had a reservation. So I am guessing it could get busy from time to time. Menu wasokay, but no pictures. So if you are not familiar with Japanese cuisine, you might need some help. We knew what we wanted, sono problem there. Sushi and rolls came out at a good rate. Not super fast, but pretty good for made to order items. For themost part, food tasted okay, but pretty pricy in my opinion. Didn't order drinks and was 120$ for 2 adults and 2 kids. Now,we ordered mostly sushi stuff, so you have to put that into consideration. I say pricy due to price to quality. But it's nothorrible considering the type of food. Very friendly staff, they do tend to you often and quickly. If you haven't been, checkit out. If you crave for sushi when in the area, check it out. For me, I wouldn't drive out there just for their food. Read more
