My experience at P.F. Changs was really cool. Thanks to our server Erin who did a great job at giving us advice on how to... order. To save you time I recommend you call to reserve your spot before heading to the restaurant. We got fried rice instead ofthe white or brown rice and it’s was worth the upgrade. All the food we order was well cooked and seasoned. They give you aplate just in case you plan to share with you family or friends. Since I moved to the states, I have seen this restaurant all over the places. Finally decided to give it a try. Being someone... who was born in China I was impressed by the decor inside of the restaurant. Unfortunately the atmosphere was the only positivething about this place. We ordered “sweet and sour chicken” and “ma po tofu”. And I was kinda disappointed. The chickenwasn’t crispy at all. And I didn’t know what that was but it ain’t ma po tofu (see pics below and Google for the realthing yourself????). The service was great though. Our waitress was very tentative and polite. $51 worth of food. Literally Panda Express would’ve been better. $20 for a not so large portion of honey chicken plus $4.50 to... substitute for “fried rice” aka greasy hard rice in soy sauce. They didn’t give me nearly enough lettuce with my lettucewraps. And their side of fruit is a joke. No side of anything but sauce should be in containers this size. This place isembarrassing. Never again. Also, my order was supposed to be done by 6. Didn’t walk out until almost 6:15. It’s poorly ranby a bunch of young kids who look like they have zero experience. The manager looked at me and said nothing while I was standingthere and the place wasn’t even busy. They obviously have new hires that have no idea what they’re doing, but that’s dueto lack of management and leadership in my opinion. The food was not good at all today. So greasy and tasteless. We ordered a takeout order of Mongolian Beef ($22). When we arrived home and opened the container, we saw there was a very small... amount of beef. Not enough for a meal for one adult, unless perhaps you're dieting or a senior citizen. Just slightly largerthan a kids meal. We've enjoyed their food in the past but this is the first time we've ordered takeout. Moral of the story?Check your food before you leave the restaurant. Read more
I think maybe in a time where so many places are short staffed, this place is probably above average. Our food was very tasty,... but only just warm.....and unfortunately my chicken fried rice had sizeable egg shells in it. So plus side, I k ow it was madefresh, down side....egg shells in my food. We know things are tough right now. We'll give them another go. We'll just hope fora little better. Read more
Nothing special aside from the ambience and if you're trying to find a place to have long conversations with friends etc. Do not... get the lettuce wraps. The meat tasted worse than school campus food and im pretty sure it's just cheap processed materials allmixed together. Kind of felt like I was eating panda express, not authentic but panda express atleast tastes good and is cheapfor the price :( Read more
Great customer service, and wonderful fresh food. We got on the wait list and were text within 30 minutes, just as stated. My... cocktail was amazing! I wish had of gotten a picture. Our food was delicious and the portions are large enough to share. We willdefinitely return! Read more
I really like this place. I’ve always enjoyed the food, and I highly recommend the lettuce wraps. Plenty of alcohol to choose... from, including their own signature cocktails. The wait staff is what keeps me coming back. Friendly, knowledgeable, and able toengage in conversation without parking at the table. Their recommendations are always spot on, and I’ve never felt ignoredwhen eating here. Definite five stars. Read more
