Such an awesome spot! The owner is super nice and interacts with guests while you're eating. The seating is bar style so you get... to watch the Chefs make your meal. The mural on the wall is very rad too, makes for a good vibe. Ramen was very good, savorybroth, perfectly cooked egg, delicious noodles and the right amount of toppings. This is my absolute favorite ramen place! The food here is fantastic! I got the Tori Paitan Deluxe Bowl with spicy rayu and my... cousin got the Corry Bowl. We ordered takeout online here on our way back to Portland. The order was ready before the estimated time but I didn?t get a... notice it was ready. It?s best to check in with the staff as my order was waiting already when we arrived. I ordered the CurryRamen, which was more Thai in flavor as others mentioned. It reminded me of Khao Soi, and I really enjoyed it. My wife orderedthe Mazemen, which wasn?t as good. The food traveled well in takeout containers. I'm kind of a tonkatsu guy and had my doubts but the soup was very good. The people are also super nice and I like the straight... up belly to the bar atmosphere. A couple minor things, was a little over salty and for the price could have 2 slices of porkbelly. I can?t tell you how much I love this place. My wife and I go weekly. The people here are wonderful and always take good care of... us. My favorite is the Kare Ramen, extra hot and we usually start with the gyoza. Highly recommend! Read more
