Extremely busy and understaffed. Ordered through the app and it wasn't even started until after I got there 20 mins later.... Add-ons were forgotten. Pizza's were then left out for over 5 minutes instead of brought to me or calling my name so I knew theywere ready. I was standing right there waiting for over 15 mins. Read more
The Pizza as well as the salads from Mod Pizza are absolutely the best in the industry. I have eaten a lot of Salad and Pizza... over the last forty years, and the selection and results from MOD pizza is second to no one. Schmizza Pizza is the only placethat comes close, but they are still a distant second. If you haven?t tried MOD pizza, do yourself a favor and go try salad andpizza, ask them to add whatever your favorite ingredients to them, or just take your favorite off-the shelf combinations andenjoy?. Pizza was okay, it probably would have been better hot. First time there, ordered ahead of time, went in 5 minutes after the... pizza was done, asked if my order was ready, lady behind counter said if it was on the rack it was done. Waited for 15 minuteseyeballing the takeout rack, went back to the counter. asked a gentleman who then asked my name and he gave me a lukewarmpizza.. saw the receipt had my name and time. Mod always goes out of their way to make you happy and I saw it again tonight. I ordered my pizzas online and when in the store... to pick up, I had to wait a few extra minutes, so the girl packing them up gave me a no name cake for free. Just a nice littlething to do for someone who had a long day. Anyways, the pizza is always worth it, too. YUM Read more
Me and my husband always think of MOD first when it comes to pizza, so many amazing topping options and delicious beverages too,... though they could be better about cutting the pies into actual slices..but such is life! Read more
My first visit was met with patient and understanding staff. My family and I enjoyed the MOD pizzas with all toppings chosen by... three individuals, one of which does not eat cheese. Our experience revealed to us more options for toppings to think about inour next visit. Read more
Location was kind of hard to spot from where we were coming from, but the food was great. It?s a build your own pizza, bottom up... or go for one of their classics! The teas were a little too sweet for my taste but still refreshing. The service was good, wishthey communicated a little better when taking my order. The location was nice and clean. worst service i?ve ever received. all the workers were working very slowly and in the back messing around at chatting while... there was a whole lineup of customers waiting for their order to be taken. One worker had her ear buds in while taking orders,SO unprofessional. The workers were just very unprofessional and slow with their service, not making me want to come back tothis location. The online doordash orders were being prioritized over the 10+ people they had in line waiting. So messed up. Wewere waiting in line for almost 20 minutes just to get our order taken. Read more
