Mike's was a lot of fun. Had to wait 40 minutes because it was a Friday night and they were short staffed but the people that... worked there were friendly, and the food came out when they said it would. The food: Cheeseburgers, a hotdog for me, frenchfries, seashore fries, and some vanilla waffle cones (not pictured, sorry). It was all very tasty. It sort of reminded me of oldFoster's Freeze if I had to make a comparison. The burgers were juicy, the hotdog was really long and gave off Weinerschnitzelvibes (which I love). The regular fries were just okay but the star of the show, and I'm not much of a fries person, was theseashore fries. Personally, just about the best fries I've ever had. Loved them. I'd go out of my way to get those potatoplanks. I was already happy with the meal but that knocked it out of the park for me. Oh and we decided to have desert. If youget a waffle cone, know this. It is rich and tasty. You get a TON of ice cream. I felt like they poured an entire gallon of softserve into our waffle cones. No, I'm not complaining about that. Just be warned. 10/11/22 Dine-In The restaurant is very clean (spotless)and the employees were friendly and polite. Our order was timely and... hot. The burger that I ordered (bacon and cheese) was ok but I do prefer it a little less dry, maybe a little more tomato orlettuce would have helped. The fries were average, vanilla shake was fantastic and I?d skip the coleslaw next time, it was justbasic, mass-produced coleslaw . The location and accessibility is very good. I ordered the food ahead of time so I wouldn't be late on my lunch break. I got a text the burger was ready, so I stood in front... of the pickup window for 8 minutes while the employees socialized inside. Finally a girl came over and asked what I wanted, thengave me the bag that had been sitting there waiting. My burger had hardly any sauce, and the bun was soggy. So I tried Mike'sdrive in a second time, this time I got the All-American half pound burger. I could not taste the A1 sauce, there were only twopickles on the burger, the bun was soggy, and the meat tasted like it had been taken out of the freezer, waterless andtasteless. I also ordered the large tater tot option, and the tots tasted waterless and tasteless, like they had come out of thefreezer too. However, this time my food was ready, and they were very friendly. I placed my order in the middle of Friday night dinner rush. Waited 35 minutes for a delicious cheddar cheese burger, an order... of delectable battered mushrooms & a cup of soft serve vanilla ice cream sans cone. So worth the wait. Riley was my cashier,very friendly & effortlessly professional in handling so many people & orders at once. Friendly gal handed me my order & it wasfun chatting with others while waiting. Definitely so much better than typical fast food. This is quality food cooked to order& you can taste the difference. Read more
I love their soft serve and their cones are only a dollar. I tried the banana split which they made in a cup with the three... types of soft serve and all the topping. They have a toffee one that I want to try next. Their burgers hit the spot and mypartner ordered the hot dog. All were good. But definitely come back for a milkshake or soft serve. Only thing that would makethis better is if they have online ordering so I don't have to wait around. Read more
Omg the best tasting food I've had in A LONG time. I got the chicken strip basket with fries and Cole slaw. Was super hot and... tasty. My husband got the Mike's special burger with fries and Cole slaw and he was absolutely surprised for how great it tastewith the price. Burgers are huge, chicken stripes there were 3 so we were stuffed Then afterwards got 2 16oz milk shakesstrawberry banana for husband. PINEAPPLE FOR ME!!! Omg couldn't believe they have pineapple best milkshake I think I've everhad. Wait time was about 20 minutes for the food but it was warm. The staff was super happy and nice. The place is a littlesmall but enough room for 2 to 3 people to a table. But perfect for us. I'm surprise in general we waited a long time we loveeating out and trying new things and this was a great choice. I'm excited to try the halibut next time. Great experience. Andsimple but good menu. Don?t let the name and pictures fool you! Good costumer service the place is clean however their prices are too high for food... that is tasteless the fry mushroom and onion rings are okay but the hamburgers and fish sandwiches are tasteless no flavorwhatsoever I recommend to try their original location in Milwaukee, i think this one is a franchise location that?s why the foodis bad ???????? won?t be coming back Read more
