Really bad waited about 5 mins to just order and then another 10 to 15 mins to get to the window to pay. Then also my order was... way wrong. Fries were cold. You can see through the window that the counters and floors were disgusting. Employees just standingaround and or messing around instead of cleaning or helping the others. Window person went to refill the ice for the drinks, andsets the ice bucket down on the nasty floor. I will not be going back to this McDonald's. Very poor service. To add burgers wereall pretty pink still.... usda needs to do a walk through in this establishment. Very unsanitary. Read more

this is my local Mc Donald?s, this has happened time and time again. They take way too long to prepare the food! Multiple times... have they messed up on my order. food is always cold never warm. Unprofessional service. I came tonight and had my order givento the wrong car. Was told to park in front because they had to re make my entire order, we were eating outside parked for ourfood for more than 20 mins? and we didn?t even order much?? I go here often since its a open late and close to my house but those are literally the only reason why. I ask for fresh fries... everytime and everytime they're cold. Half of the Time the person taking our order is rude, impatient, or childish snickeringand gossiping behind her mic when we can still hear. Update 8/24/22 This McDonald?s is absolutely horrible. More often than not when ordered through Grub-hub the food has to be... refunded because of their inadequacy in making food. I?ve been inside this location and they forgot a customer for an hour. Ittook more than three employees to figure out the issue. Today I?ve received old and cold food. Cold nuggets l, cold Big Macs -3of them and cold very old fries. The only thing barely warm from my entire order was the middle of the burger. Highlydisappointed enough that I went to another account of mine to leave a detailed review as I was only offered a five dollar couponand refund through grubhub. In my opinion they need to have the restaurant remake the food fresh and re-delivered. Get ittogether. It is very possible to keep food fresh and hot. Not the drivers fault and not the customer fault. I wish the optionto give no stars was available because their that bad. Read more

Go here often just to get a large Coke for $1 I must say they have the best coca cola on fountain. There food is usually fresh... and hot, and the employees are very kind and delightful. Read more

Went through the drive through just to grab a medium fry and left with a 35 dollar charge on my card and no receipt... I called... to see if they could do anything and I talked to Caleb, who was very apologetic. He explained that with so many new employees,best practices are still being worked on and without a receipt, the money couldn't be refunded. He offered to reimburse me infood if I cant dispute the charge with my bank. I really appreciate his empathy and professionalism in this situation. Mistakeshappen, but they are willing to do their best, within their power, to make it right. Read more

The architectural design is fabricated to be very clean it is a very nice facility the music might not be all that great but the... bathroom is exquisite the tile is set in stone it's very nice. The Costumer service is very good. Very professional the placeis. Read more
