Reviews for Koi Fusion Bridgeport in Tigard, OR
1. The large menu board doesn't show the current price of food items. You need to look at the piece of paper with small font at... the ordering window. It's a misleading and shady practice. 2. The rice bowl - its sauce is not a good match for the pico degallo nor the pickle liquid that the veggies were marinated in. These flavors just don't go well together.. The rice didn'ttaste like it had been seasoned, another disappointment cuz the menu said they used seasoned rice. Read more
I ordered beef bulgogi burrito here at Bridgeport. Disappointed that the rice is way underdone (when you bite into the grain of... rice you can still see the opaque center, and it definitely has that grain-y bite to it). I always get the same order inWilsonville location and never had this experience. I tried to call the Bridgeport location the same day but no answer. Read more
No flavor. I ordered the bulgogi rice bowl which included seasoned rice, raw veggies, meat, salsa, and salsa verde. The seasoned... rice was brown in color, but barely tasted like anything. I love the addition of fresh vegetables, but the cucumbers, cabbage, bean sprouts are watery and bland. The vegetables could of been pickled or fermented for the extra korean flavors. The MexicanKorean FUSION was not executed. The rice bowl was not cohesive in taste. What I mean by not cohesive is, there was no componentthat brings the two flavors together. The rice bowl experience was more like let's cook bulgogi and add salsa and call it good.I think there's potential to improve the dish. will I return? probably not. Read more
The wait was very long for a walk up window. Ordered a slider a quesadila and a taco. The taco was beef and had some great... flavors, but it was a bit cold. The slider, pork, was also good and also not warm enough for my liking. The quesadila was thebest, it was hot, tasty, and hit the spot on cold day. The quesadila was packaged in a small paper box and the end result was apretty big mess, however. This type of food lends itself to more of a dine in experience in my opinion. The to go scenario is abit of a challenge due to temps and keeping the food together. 4 stars for great flavors. Read more
Wish bought gluten free products to use (since already use corn tortillas for wraps and can be non-dairy). Trying a Street Taco... bulgogi and slider kalbi short ribs Read more
I rarely give three stars but unfortunately labeling your building with rave reviews raises expectations. Ordering was pleasant,... she was helpful through the process of first time visitor's orders. Food preparation was slow, I waited over 15 minutes for myorder (possible reason at end). The food combination is amazing and I recommend trying it, though I should have asked additionalquestions since I assumed that "cabbage slaw" was the Americanized translation of kimchi, I will add that as an addition nexttime. All the above considered would not cause me to give three stars but the fact that the rice for our rice bowl and burritowas and still hard defintely left me unsatisfied, better not to serve it and offer a substitution. I will go back and try itagain but not satisfied on the first visit. Read more
Tacos were amazing! I got one beef and one short ribs taco, so good! Prices were very low and service was great!
Really disappointed the last few times we have gone to the Wilsonville and Bridgeport location. I have always loved their food,... but quality has just been really slipping. Today we decided to try again, and ordered the beef and pork burritos. Unfortunately, the rice wasn't cooked. It was just hard and inedible. Staff didn't seem to care when we brought it up to them. Which is alsounfortunate. Can we go back to the 2015 Koi Fusion, please! Read more
