Took over an hour to receive my food and I am within 2 miles of the store. Should have went elsewhere. Also order was not... correct and missing ingredients. Good sandwiches and always seems like fresh bread. Customer service needs some work and the setup on the inside could use some... re-configuring with the entryway. The catch is you have to pick up your sandwich or eat-in, delivery is never on time and theplace they will not deliver seem very inconsistent and poor. Read more

I really like Jimmy John's but this location always seems to have issues. Several times I went during posted open hours but... this store was locked causing me to hit up the JJs on Hall instead. Last order I got here had the add ons on the wrong sandwichand a truly excessive amount of lettuce causing the sandwiches to be soggy. The shop was busy, had new employees training, andhad a lot of catering/call in orders so I understand a bit but sheesh. Read more
the sandwiches are great here....when you can get them. my review is for the fact that they no longer deliver after 3pm- but the... app doesn't reflect that. it's pretty disappointing to get a call a few minutes after my order is placed that they don't have adriver available- i won't be trying here again, it's happened too many times Read more
