Cooper Mountain is one of the few places that exists that has great microbrewed beers and great food to accompany. The menu is... always being updated and never falls short of amazing. Greeted at the door, Outside the front door is the outdoor seating. There was a wait to be seated, it was busy, waited about 20... minutes. We reviewed the menu and were given water. Considering how full the place was the time it took to be helped with theorder seemed about right, some might complain but we didn't mind. Ordered English Summer (English Pale Ale) but the othercocktail was missing an ingredient so substituted a Paloma. Ordered the Cottage pie and Waffle fries. Cottage pie had a greatrustic flavor, served in a black iron pan. Waffle fries were very popular seemed to be in most people's order so we orderedthem. Pretty good, not very hot though. Best burger in Tigard. Mac and cheese was fantastic too. Complement to the cook, didn't expect this place to have such good... food. Solid tap selection (I hope they continue to keep Ruzzo on tap!). Great and speedy service. Good atmosphere. Read more
For beers their Sky Full of Comets IPA is great! For food, their pizza is good pub pizza - doughy crust with crisp. Their BBQ... burger and waffle fries are also great! Read more
