Doesn't matter what day or time you go in they are conveniently "out of milk for shakes". Not only that but the employee that... is getting off work as I'm asking is carrying out 4 shakes. No wonder why today's youth has no work ethic. They are not heldaccountable for not doing their job unless it's convenient for them. It's an ice cream shop that makes their own ice cream andyou are "out of milk". Management should probably look at their employees work ethics either that or they are doing a bad job atinventory control. The tables outside are always filthy; they never wipe them off. If you wish to enjoy your cold ice cream outside, do not come... here; there are no clean tables. Read more

Horribly dirty, when I asked one of the 5 employees to wipe down the tables outside. I was informed that those tables are not... our but the malls responsibility. Even though they are infront of their business. Tables had icecream all over them. July 9, 2022: I decided to come back and give it a other shot, this time they had ice cream! Yay! I decided to go for their... promotion ice cream that they have going on with Nintendo. I actually really appreciated the fact they were able to substitutemine for non-dairy ice cream since all three Nintendo flavors had dairy in them. Overall it was not bad. I had the KirbyStrawberry flavor one and I enjoyed it. June 27, 2022: They ran out of ice cream!! And it's still in the middle of the day!!It's a sad day for those who traveled very far. I just went with my family after some lunch, since we hadn't stepped foot into a Cold Stone in YEARS! It was the best experience... I had ever, the cashier was super sweet and explained all the different things that Cold Stone had to offer! I was so surprisedby how enthusiastic and happy she was to talk with us and it made me happy too! I even asked her if I could add more of oneflavor and less of another and she was more than happy to help me make that accommodation! I don't know about other Cold Stoneareas, but THIS ONE definitely made me beyond happy getting ice cream today! Read more
