The guy taking our order wasn't listening when we were ordering in the drive through. When we pulled up to pay and get our food... we watched the guy and a girl literally throw our food in the bag. After multiple attempts to get warm/decent food here I give up. Tonight the burger was cold, bun was hard and it was a mess... inside. I thought if I ordered onion rings they have to be just cooked; yet somehow these were cold too! I wanted to write a review and say I tried the ghost pepper whopper which either the GM or one of the managers told me about I... sometimes forgot in my age which made the burger awesome, the spicy cheese has a kick but not rush to the milk hot. The staffwas nice in fact Tony the GM made me an ice cream cone for my birthday and jokingly said he could have one of the employees singto me which made my night after i worked a 12 hour shift in Portland. I went twice in the last two weeks for lunch. First time they didn't give me half my order. A coworker who ordered a chicken... sandwich got a beef burger. The second time the chicken sandwich I ordered looked like garbage and the fries don't even havesalt on them. I regret spending money here. Read more
This is the second time I have stopped in on a quick lunch while in the area. I will go out of my way from now on to avoid this... place. The people working there seem very unhappy. Being in management myself I know this is a leadership issue notemployee. Last visit there was no ice in the self service machine and only a few flavors to choose from. So I asked someone forice and Fanta please. They got it but not without dirty looks during. Then I leave with my food and get to the car to open my?whopper? what a joke. A burnt burger, 6 pieces of lettuce, 1 slice of tomato, no onions, no pickles, and a dollop of ketchupand mayonnaise. Along with cold fries and dried out munchers. I paid $12 for this?! I initially rated this location with one star. I visited this location today, and it was very clean the back kitchen is still a... major concern for me looks unsanitary. The tables vicinity is clean but I rather see the kitchen where my food is prep cleaner. Read more
I went here today like most days but fell in love with the 2 for 6.99 each deal finally the whopper is cheaper and affordable.... They even have real chicken!!
